แก้ไขไมโครโฟน Discord ไม่ทำงาน: 10 วิธีแก้ปัญหา Voice Chat

Discord นิยมเกมเมอร์ 100+ ล้านผู้ใช้/เดือน แต่ Desktop App มี Bug "Mic ไม่ทำงาน" บ่อย (เว็บไซต์ปกติ) สาเหตุ: Voice Settings ผิด, Audio Driver เก่า, Discord ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต Mic, หรือ Headset ชำรุด

10 วิธีแก้ Mic Discord

ก่อนเริ่ม: Restart PC & Discord, ทดสอบ Headset กับอุปกรณ์อื่น

1. Log Out และ Log In ใหม่

User Settings (⚙) → Log Out (ล่างสุด) → Confirm → คลิกขวา Tray Icon → Quit Discord → รอ 2 นาที/Restart → Login ใหม่ (ช่วยชั่วคราว)

2. รัน Discord As Administrator

คลิกขวา Shortcut → Run as Administrator → ถ้าแก้ได้: Properties → Compatibility → ติ๊ก Run this program as an administrator → Apply

3. เลือก Input Device ให้ถูกต้อง

  1. User Settings → Voice & Video
  2. INPUT DEVICE → เลือก Headset Mic (ไม่ใช่ Built-in Mic Laptop)
  3. Input Volume → Max (ขวาสุด)
  4. กด Let's Check → พูด → แถบเขียวกระพริบ = ทำงาน
  5. ไม่รู้เลือกไหน? Sound Control Panel → Recording → พูดดู Device ไหนกระพริบ

4. ปรับ Input Sensitivity

  1. Voice & Video → Input Mode: Voice Activity
  2. เปิด Automatically determine input sensitivity → ทดสอบ
  3. ถ้า Buggy (ไม่จับเสียง) → ปิด Auto → ปรับ Slider เอง (กลางประมาณดี)

5. Reset Voice Settings

  1. ถอด Headset → Discord → Voice & Video → ล่างสุด → Reset Voice Settings → Okay
  2. ปิด Discord → เสียบ Headset ใหม่ → เปิด Discord

6. เปลี่ยนเป็น Push to Talk

  1. Input Mode: Push to Talk
  2. Record Keybind → กดปุ่มที่ต้องการ (เช่น ` หรือ CapsLock)
  3. ปรับ Push to Talk Release Delay ให้เหมาะสม

7. ปิด Quality of Service High Packet Priority

Voice & Video → ปิด Enable Quality of Service High Packet Priority (QoS อาจ Conflict กับ Network)

8. ปิด Exclusive Mode (Windows)

  1. คลิกขวา Speaker → Open Sound Settings → Sound Control Panel
  2. Recording Tab → Mic/Headset → Properties → Advanced
  3. ยกติ๊ก Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device → Apply → OK

9. ตั้งค่า Privacy (Microphone Access)

  1. Settings (Win + I) → Privacy → Microphone
  2. Toggle Allow apps to access your microphone = On
  3. เลื่อนลง → Allow desktop apps to access your microphone = On

10. อัปเดต Audio Drivers

  1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc
  2. Sound, video and game controllers → คลิกขวา Device → Uninstall device → Update driver → Search automatically
  3. หรือดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต → Restart
