แก้บั๊กตัวอักษร Telugu ทำให้แอป iOS ค้าง (iOS 10/11)

ตัวอักษร Telugu (ภาษาอินเดีย) ตัวหนึ่ง ทำให้แอปข้อความ iOS ค้างทั้งหมด (Messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Line, ฯลฯ) ได้รับข้อความนี้ = แอปนั้นใช้ไม่ได้ จนต้องลบโปรแกรม

สาเหตุ: iOS/macOS รันเดอร์ตัวอักษรนี้ไม่ได้ จึงปิดแอปทันที

วิธีที่ 1: ขอส่งข้อความใหม่มาทับ (iOS 11, Messages/WhatsApp/Viber)

1. หาว่าใครส่ง "ตัวฆ่า" มา
2. ติดต่อเขา (โทร/แอปอื่น) ขอส่งข้อความสุ่มมาในแชทเดิม
3. เปิดแอปข้อความ อย่าเปิดแชทนั้น (อย่ากด Notification)
4. ถ้ายังค้าง Restart iPhone
5. ลบแชทคนนั้น โดยไม่เปิด (Long press > Delete / Swipe left > Delete)

วิธีที่ 2: อัปเดต iOS 11.3 Public Beta (ถาวร)

1. เข้า beta.apple.com > Sign up Apple ID
2. Allow > ใส่รหัส 6 หลัก > Accept Agreement
3. Guide for Public Betas > iOS tab > Enroll your iOS device
4. Download Profile > Allow > Install (ใส่ Passcode) > Install > Restart
5. Settings > General > Software Update > Download and Install iOS 11.3 Beta

คำเตือน: Beta อาจมีบั๊กอื่น

วิธีที่ 3: ลบแชทผ่าน Android/อุปกรณ์ไม่ใช่ iOS (Skype, Messenger, Twitter)

1. หา Android > ติดตั้งแอปเดียวกัน (Skype, ฯลฯ)
2. Login บัญชีเดิม > เปิดแชทที่มี Telugu > กลับมา Long press > Delete > Confirm
3. กลับ iPhone > ลบแอปที่ค้าง > ดาวน์โหลดใหม่จาก App Store > Login ใหม่

ทางการ: อัปเดต iOS 11.2.6 (แก้บั๊ก Telugu)

Apple ออก iOS 11.2.6 แก้บั๊กนี้โดยตรง (รวม watchOS 4.2.3, macOS 10.13.3, tvOS 11.2.6)

1. Settings > General > Software Update
2. Download and Install

อัปเดตเป็นทางการดีกว่า Beta
