Google Drive เป็น Business Card Maker ฟรี ไม่ซับซ้อนแบบ Adobe InDesign/Illustrator แต่วงได้เท่าไหร่ก็ตาม มี 3 วิธี: 1) ออกแบบจากศูนย์ 2) ใช้ Template ใน Drive 3) นำเข้า Template Word
1. ออกแบบจากศูนย์ด้วย Google Drawings
Google Drawing เรียบง่าย Slides มีฟีเจอร์มากกว่า (Theme, Add-ons) ใช้ Drawings ตามตัวอย่าง:
- Drive > New > More > Google Drawings
- ตั้งขนาดบัตรมาตรฐาน 8.9 x 5.1 ซม. (อัตราส่วน 1.75) File > Page setup > Custom ใส่นิ้ว/พิกเซล/พอยต์
- Canvas โปร่งใส คลิกขวา > เลือกสีพื้น (Solid/Gradient/Image) แนะนำสีทึบสำหรับพิมพ์
- เปิด View > Snap To > Grids/Guides ช่วยจัดตำแหน่งแม่นยำ
- ใช้ Shapes, Text Box (Fonts), Images (Logo) วางเสรี นัทจ์ด้วย Shift+Arrow keys
- Google Fonts เยอะมาก เลือกฟอนต์เข้ากับแบรนด์
- Format Options: คลิกขวาเอลิเมนต์ > Format Options ปรับรายละเอียด
- ด้านหลัง: ฟอนต์ Montserrat ไอคอน CC0 เส้นแบ่ง ฟุตเตอร์เว็บไซต์ (รูปสี่เหลี่ยม+สามเหลี่ยม Group/Flip)
พิมพ์บัตร
Download: PDF, JPEG, SVG จาก File > Download หรือพิมพ์ตรงจาก Drawings เลือก Two-Sided (Duplex) ทดสอบกระดาษธรรมดาก่อน แล้วค่อย Card stock
2. ใช้ Template ใน Google Docs
ค้น "Business card template Google Docs" ได้หลายตัว เช่น Basic, Corporate, Template.net อาจต้อง Request edit access
3. ใช้ Template Microsoft Word
Word มี Template Gallery มากกว่า อัปโหลด .docx เข้า Drive > เปิดด้วย Google Docs > จะเปิดใน Drawings บางกราฟิกอาจไม่เข้ามา ใช้เป็นแนวคิดเพิ่มเองใน Docs
Business Card ยังสำคัญ
vCard/Email signature แทนที่บางส่วน แตบัตรจริงมี "Personal touch" สร้าง印象 ראשוני ดี QR Code บนบัตร ทำให้คนอยากสแกน ลองพิมพ์เอง นำไปประชุมครั้งหน้า
