พิมพ์อีเมล Google auto-fill อีเมลเก่าของเพื่อนร่วมงาน กด Enter ส่งทันที แล้วค่อยรู้ส่งผิด ต้องไป Copy ใน Sent folder ส่งใหม่ อาจส่งผิดซ้ำอีก!
คู่มือนี้ช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้จบสิ้น
ทำไมถึงเกิดขึ้น?
Google (และแอปอีเมลอื่นๆ) บันทึกอีเมลที่ส่งไปไว้ใน Google Contacts แบ่ง 2 ที่:
- Contacts: รายชื่อหลัก
- Other Contacts: อีเมลอื่นๆ (บริษัท, Support, อีเมลพิมพ์ผิด, ใช้ครั้งเดียว)
ส่งเมลไปที่ใหม่ Google สร้าง Contact ให้อัตโนมัติ แม้จะ Typo หรือใช้ครั้งเดียว
ลบ/แก้ไขอีเมลที่บันทึกไว้ (Remove Saved Email Address)
สำหรับ Contacts หลัก:
- เปิด Google Contacts App
- เลือก Contact > 3 จุด > Delete (ลบ) หรือ Edit contact (แก้ไข) > Save
สำหรับ Other Contacts (อีเมลไม่รู้จัก):
- เปิด Google Contacts App
- เมนู 3 แถบ มุมซ้าย > Suggestions หรือ Merge and fix
- เลือก Add people you email often
- จะเห็นอีเมลจาก Other Contacts > Dismiss (ลบ) หรือ Add contact (สร้าง Contact)
ปิด Auto-complete สำหรับ Contacts และ Emails
หลังทำความสะอาดแล้ว อาจไม่อยากให้ Google บันทึก Contact อัตโนมัติอีก (เกิดจาก Share Drive, เพิ่มใน Photos Album ฯลฯ)
ปิดได้ที่: Settings App > Google > Manage your Google Account > People and sharing > Contacts > Contact info saved from interactions > ปิด Save contact info when you interact with people
หมายเหตุ: การตั้งค่านี้ปิดได้ทุกบริการ Google ยกเว้น Gmail เพื่อปิดใน Gmail ต้องใช้เว็บ:
- ไป mail.google.com
- Gear > See all settings
- Scroll to Create contacts for auto-complete
- เลือก I'll add contacts myself
- Save Changes
ลา别ออีเมลเก่าและผิดพลาด
ทำตามขั้นตอนนี้ จะไม่เจออีเมลเก่า/ผิด Auto-fill อีก ส่งเมลสบายใจ ไม่กลัวส่งผิดคน
