วิธีเข้ารหัส Gmail, Outlook และ Webmail อื่นๆ: คู่มือครบครัน

2. FlowCrypt

  1. ใช้ Mozilla Firefox ไป Comodo InstantSSL site (ไม่ได้ใช้ Microsoft Edge หรือ Google Chrome)
  2. เลื่อนลง Trial Certificates เลือก Free
  3. ใส่รายละเอียด email ที่ต้องการ secure (ที่ใช้ใน Microsoft Outlook) ใส่ password ยอม terms Subscriber Agreement Next ตาม instructions
  4. เปิด email Comodo collection copy collection link วาง Firefox address bar Enter ใส่ email ตรงกัน copy Collection Password จาก email ใส่ field Enter Digital Certificate download ทันที (1-2 วินาที)
  5. ยังใน Firefox ต้อง extract Digital Certificate จาก browser Certificate Store เพราะ auto download format ผิด Firefox: Menu > Options > Privacy & Security เลื่อน Security section View Certificates
  6. แท็บ Your Certificates เลือก Certificate Name email ที่เกี่ยวข้อง Backup ตั้ง filename จดจำได้ Save ตั้ง password อีกครั้ง password นี้สำคัญมาก ปกป้อง backup file และเป็น password ตอน install Digital Certificate ในโปรแกรมอื่น

Free certificate ใช้ได้ 90 วัน ต้อง renew หลังจากนั้น

Chrome Users: Import Digital Certificate

จุดนี้ Chrome users ต้อง import Digital Certificate ใหม่เข้า Windows Certificate Store Chrome ใช้ Windows Certificate Store validate Digital Certificate authenticity ต้อง import เพื่อใช้ Outlook.com S/MIME encryption

  6. ตรวจสอบ Personal เป็น folder เลือก OK Next
  7. Finish import จะมี notification สำเร็จ

ติดตั้ง S/MIME Control

Outlook.com account ใช้ "S/MIME Control" จัดการ encryption certificates

  1. เปิด Outlook.com ใน browser
  2. สร้างข้อความใหม่ เลือก more options (สามจุด) > Message options > Encrypt this message (S/MIME)
  3. Prompt "Install S/MIME Control" เลือก Run verify Windows Account Control Run

ติดตั้งและ config S/MIME encryption เสร็จ ใช้ Gear icon > S/MIME Settings menu เลือก encrypt เนื้อหาทุกข้อความได้

5. ส่ง & เปิด Confidential Emails ด้วย Gmail

Gmail เพิ่ง introduce "Confidential Mode" วิธีส่ง secure messages ใน Gmail ใช้ passcode และ expiration timer โปรดทราบ ตอนนี้ Confidential Mode ไม่พร้อมสำหรับ G Suite paid members

วิธีใช้:

  1. ไป Gmail เลือก
  2. ข้างปุ่ม Send หา Turn Confidential Mode On/Off
  3. ปรับ settings: ตั้ง expiration date เลือกว่า user ต้องการ passcode อ่านไหม Save
  4. ส่งอีเมลปกติ

ผู้รับ forward, copy, print Confidential Mode emails ไม่ได้ ต้องใส่เบอร์มือถือผู้รับถ้าใช้ passcode ไม่งั้นเปิดไม่ได้!

Webmail Encryption ไหนดีที่สุด?
