2. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Windows Update Service
หาก Windows Update Service ไม่รัน อาจเจอ Error ตอนดาวน์โหลด/ซื้อ App เช็คสถานะ:
- Win+R พิมพ์
services.mscEnter - หา Windows Update service
- ดับเบิลคลิก ตั้ง Startup type = Automatic
- หาก Service status = Stopped คลิก Start
- Apply > OK
หากเป็น Disabled และเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ อาจต้องรัน DISM หรือ Cloud Reset
3. Reset Microsoft Store หรือ Clear Cache
