File Explorer ค้าง, หยุดทำงาน หรือหยุดทำงานใน Windows 11/10

ถ้า Windows File Explorer ค้างหรือหยุดทำงาน หรือเห็นข้อความ Windows Explorer has stopped working และกำลัง restart บน Windows 11/10/8/7 บทความนี้ช่วยแก้ไข Explorer freezing/crashing

Explorer ใน Windows ช่วย browse ไฟล์ โฟลเดอร์ ข้อมูล อาจเจอปัญหา Explorer crash/freeze บ่อย รับข้อความ:

บทช่วยสอนนี้มีขั้นตอน troubleshooting แก้ไข Windows Explorer crashing/freezing อาจเป็นโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งรบกวน explorer.exe ลองทุกวิธี หนึ่งในนั้นควรช่วย ถ้าตัวเลือกไหนไม่ช่วย ให้คืนค่า default

อ่านทั้งหมดก่อนตัดสินใจ implement และสร้าง system restore point ก่อนเพื่อ restore ได้ถ้าผลลัพธ์ไม่เป็นที่พอใจ

รายละเอียดแต่ละขั้นตอน ก่อนเริ่ม Run Check Disk ดูว่า System Restore ช่วยได้ไหม ตรวจสอบ Windows up-to-date และติดตั้ง Windows Updates ทั้งหมด สแกน malware ถ้า laptop ใหม่ อาจมี pre-installed craplets รบกวน explorer.exe ลบ trialware ไม่ต้องการ

File Explorer getting closed automatically

1) Disable the Preview Pane

Disable Preview Pane ใน File Explorer ดูช่วยไหม คลิก Organize > Layout > Preview Pane

2) Disable Thumbnails

Disable Thumbnails ดูหยุดปัญหาไหม เปิด Folder Options > View tab > Check Always show Icons, never thumbnail ยกเลิก Display file icon on thumbnails Apply/OK

3) Disable UAC temporarily

Disable UAC temporarily ดูช่วยไหม

4) Disable DEP and see

Disable DEP หรือ NoExecute Protection หมายเหตุ: Data Execution Prevention (DEP) เป็นฟีเจอร์ความปลอดภัยป้องกันความเสียหายจากไวรัส/ภัยคุกคาม โปรแกรมมี害อาจพยายามรันโค้ดจาก memory locations ที่สงวนไว้ DEP ตรวจสอบโปรแกรมให้ใช้ memory อย่างปลอดภัย ถ้าเจอโปรแกรมใช้ memory ผิด จะปิดโปรแกรมและแจ้งเตือน

รัน Command Prompt Admin คัดลอกคำสั่ง Enter:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

ช่วยได้ใน Windows 10/8/7/Vista

5) Launch folder windows in a separate process

Launch folder windows ใน separate process ดูช่วยไหม เปิด Explorer Organize > Folder & Search Options > View > Advanced Settings > Check 'Launch folder windows in a separate process' > Apply > OK

6) Check installed Add-ons

Installed Add-ons มักเป็นผู้กระทำร้าย! ตรวจสอบว่าติดตั้ง helpers/add-ons ให้ explorer หรือไม่ Uninstall/disable บ่อยครั้ง 3rd-party shell extensions ทำให้ Explorer crash การกระทำเฉพาะ โปรแกรมหลายตัวเพิ่มรายการใน right-click context menu ดูรายละเอียดด้วย ShellExView (freeware)

ShellExView ให้ view/disable 3rd party shell extensions ที่น่าสงสัย ใช้ trial & error disable/enable หาตัวทำปัญหา ใช้แก้ context-menu problems เช่น right-click ช้า

7) Run System File Checker

Run sfc /scannow reboot ท้ายถ้า SFC ขอ The System File Checker จะแทนที่ corrupt system files ถ้ามี

8) Update Video drivers

Video drivers เก่าหรือเสียหาย ทำให้ Windows Explorer หยุดทำงาน อัปเดต Graphics drivers

9) Troubleshoot in Clean Boot State

Start Windows ใน Safe Mode ดู recreate ปัญหาได้ไหม ถ้าหาย อาจเป็น startup program รบกวน Perform Clean Boot troubleshoot หาโปรแกรมที่ทำปัญหา

10) Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool

รัน Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool ตรวจสอบ memory problems รวมถึงทดสอบ RAM
