- ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
- รัน Network Troubleshooter
- รัน Internet Connections Troubleshooter
- รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
- ปิด Security Software ชั่วคราว
1. ตรวจสอบอินเทอร์เน็ต
ตัดการเชื่อมต่อ แล้วเชื่อมใหม่ Sign out/in Windows แล้วเปิด Store ใหม่ ลองเปลี่ยนเครือข่าย (Hotspot/Wi-Fi อื่น) ดูว่าผ่านหรือไม่
