บางเครื่อง Windows 10 ที่ใช้ Microsoft Edge (Chromium) เจอข้อความ "This page is having a problem" ทุกครั้งที่โหลดเว็บ สาเหตุหลักคือ Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) รุ่นเก่า ไม่เข้ากันกับ Code Integrity ของ Chromium engine (ส่งผลต่อ Chrome ด้วย)
วิธีแก้ This page is having a problem
- อัปเดต Symantec Endpoint Protection
- ปิด Code Integrity (ชั่วคราว)
- ตรวจสอบ DisabledComponents ใน Registry (IPv6)
สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
1. อัปเดต Symantec Endpoint Protection
ไปหน้าดาวน์โหลด SEP ล่าสุด ติดตั้ง แล้วรีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ Edge และ Chrome
2. ปิด Code Integrity (ไม่แนะนำแต่ทำได้)
- Regedit >
HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge - สร้าง/แก้ไข DWORD RendererCodeIntegrityEnabled = 0
- รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง
3. ตรวจสอบ DisabledComponents (IPv6)
หาก IPv6 ถูก Disable ผ่าน Registry ให้ตั้งค่ากลับ
- Regedit >
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters - Double-click DisabledComponents ใส่ค่า 0
- รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ Edge, Chrome และ Browser Chromium อื่นๆ
ปัญหานี้มักเกิดกับ SEP รุ่นเก่าเท่านั้น อัปเดต SEP คือวิธีที่ดีที่สุด
