1] รัน Network Adapter Troubleshooter
Network Adapter Troubleshooter จะช่วยตรวจสอบข้อบกพร่องของเครือข่าย (หากมี) และแก้ไข
ไปที่ Start > Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot เลือก Network Adapter Troubleshooter จากรายการ
2] เปลี่ยน network profile จาก public เป็น private
มีรายงานว่าปัญหานี้เกิดบนระบบที่ network profile ตั้งเป็น public การเปลี่ยนเป็น private ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหา
ไปที่ Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status คลิก Change connection properties
เลื่อน radio button สำหรับ Network profile ไปที่ Private
รอ بضعวินาทีเพื่อให้ระบบปรับเปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า
3] เปลี่ยน account username

เลือก OK เพื่อบันทึกการตั้งค่า และรีสตาร์ทระบบ
5] ใช้ Group Policy editor
หากต้องการตั้งค่านโยบายนี้ข้ามระบบหลายเครื่อง สามารถทำผ่าน Group Policy Editor ขั้นตอนดังนี้:
กด Win + R เปิด Run window พิมพ์คำสั่ง gpedit.msc กด Enter เปิด Group Policy Editor ไปที่ path:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation.
ด้านขวา ดับเบิลคลิกที่นโยบาย Allow delegating default credentials with NTLM-only server authentication เพื่อเปิดหน้าต่างแก้ไข
เลื่อน radio button ไปที่ Enabled และคลิก Show
ในกล่อง Value พิมพ์ TERMSRV/* และคลิก OK
ทำซ้ำสำหรับนโยบายต่อไป:
- Allow delegating default credentials
- Allow delegating saved credentials
- Allow delegating saved credentials with NTLM-only server authentication

แก้ไข username หรือ password ไม่ถูกต้องสำหรับ Remote Desktop ยังไง?
หากได้ Your credentials did not work หรือ username/password ไม่ถูกต้องสำหรับ Remote Desktop ต้องรัน Network Adapter Troubleshooter, เปลี่ยน username ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถเพิ่ม Remote Desktop Users ใน Allow log on through Remote Desktop Services menu ได้
แก้ไข Remote Desktop credentials ยังไง?
