Netflix ค้าง (Freezing)

เริ่มต้นยืนยัน Internet ทำงานโดยเปิดเว็บไซต์บ้าง แล้วลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:
- ตรวจสอบ Netflix Server
- ปิด VPN หรือ Proxy บนระบบ
- ตรวจสอบ Date และ Time
- Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight Plug-in
- อัปเดต Graphics Card Drivers
- ตรวจสอบ 3rd Party Apps ที่รบกวน
- Re-install Netflix App
1. ตรวจสอบ Netflix Server
หาก Netflix Server Down หรือ Stream บนเว็บ Netflix ไม่ได้ Troubleshooting บน App ไม่มีประโยชน์
เช็คสถานะ Netflix Server ที่นี่ หาก Down ต้องรอพวกเขาแก้จาก Backend หาก Netflix Up ลอง Stream บน Netflix.com หากไม่ทำงานบน Browser หนึ่ง ลอง Browser อื่น
หาก Stream ไม่ได้บน Netflix.com ทุก Browser App ก็ไม่ทำงาน หาก Browser ทำงานได้ ดำเนินต่อไป
2. ปิด VPN หรือ Proxy บนระบบ
ไม่ว่าจะมีเจตนาใช้ VPN อะไร Netflix ถูกใช้ผิดๆ ผ่าน VPN มาก Netflix กำลังลงมือกับผู้ใช้ VPN เข้าถึง Server
หากใช้ VPN พยายามเข้าถึง Netflix ควรปิด VPN Software
หากใช้ Proxy บนระบบ ลองลบเพื่อแยกสาเหตุ
กด Start ไป Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy
ปิดสลับ Manual proxy setup
3. ตรวจสอบ Date และ Time
Date และ Time ผิดอาจก่อให้ปัญหา Stream ผ่าน Netflix App ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Date/Time หากจำเป็น
4. Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight Plug-in
Microsoft Silverlight Plugin มีบทบาท Stream Netflix บน App หาก Plugin เก่า อาจเจอปัญหา
Win+R พิมพ์ appwiz.cpl Enter เปิด Programs and Features คลิกขวา Microsoft Silverlight เลือก Uninstall
Restart ระบบหลัง Uninstall แล้ว Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight Plug-in
5. อัปเดต Graphics Card Drivers
Graphics Card Driver เก่าอาจก่อให้ปัญหา อัปเดต: Win+R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc Enter เปิด Device Manager
ขยาย Display adapters คลิกขวา Graphics Card Driver เลือก Update driver
6. ตรวจสอบ 3rd Party Apps ที่รบกวน
Third-party Apps เยอะ เช่น Security Suites, Anti-virus รบกวน Netflix App ปิดชั่วคราวเพื่อแยกสาเหตุ วิธีดีที่สุดคือ Clean Boot State
7. Re-install Netflix App
หากทุกอย่างล้มเหลว ลอง Re-install Netflix App
ไป Programs and Features (ตามวิธี 4) Uninstall App แล้วดาวน์โหลด Netflix App ใหม่จากเว็บอย่างเป็นทางการ
