Excel แจ้ง Error Code บ่อยครั้ง ไฟล์หาย/เสียหาย/Extension ผิด นี่คือ Error ยอดนิยมและวิธีแก้
1. "Excel cannot open filename.xlsx"
สาเหตุ: ไฟล์เสียหาย ย้ายที่อยู่ Extension ผิด
แก้: หาไฟล์จากที่จดจำได้ คลิกเปิดตรงๆ (อย่าเปิดผ่าน Excel) ตรวจสอบ Save as .xlsx
2. "This file is corrupt and can't be opened"
แก้: File > Open > Browse หาไฟล์ > คลิกลูกศรข้าง Open > Open and Repair > Recover Data หาไม่สำเร็จ > Extract Data (ดึงค่า/สูตร) ไม่ได้ > ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
3. "This document caused a serious error the last time it was opened"
สาเหตุ: ไฟล์อยู่ใน Disabled Items List (พบใน Excel เวอร์ชันเก่า)
แก้: File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-ins > Go > Uncheck Add-ins ที่เลือก > OK > Restart Excel
4. "An error occurred when sending commands to the program"
สาเหตุ: Process ใน Excel บлокการปิด (Excel เวอร์ชันเก่า)
แก้: File > Options > Advanced > General > Uncheck Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) > OK
