Restart Avast Antivirus Service

• กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc คลิก OK
• Windows Services Console เปิด เลื่อนหา Avast Antivirus Service
• คลิกขวา Avast Antivirus Service เลือก Properties
• ตรวจสอบ Service Status ว่าบอก Started หรือไม่ เลือก Stop เพื่อหยุด

• กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ control panel กด OK

หากปัญหายังคงอยู่ ให้ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับ Avast ออกจาก PC ด้วย Avast Uninstall Utility

1. ปิด App หรือ Antivirus ที่รันอยู่ ดาวน์โหลด Avast Uninstall Utility Tool
2. คลิกขวาไฟล์ Avast Uninstall Utility ที่ดาวน์โหลด เลือก Run as Administrator
3. Avast Antivirus Clear Dialog จะแจ้ง Restart in Safe Mode เลือก Yes

4. เลือก Location ของ Avast Program Files และ Product Edition ที่จะ Uninstall แล้วคลิก Uninstall

5. จบกระบวนการลบ Restart Computer เพื่อเสร็จสิ้น Uninstallation

6. ตอนนี้ Reinstall Avast และลองเปิดโปรแกรมบน PC อีกครั้ง
