หากเจอปัญหานี้ วิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งด้านล่างน่าจะช่วย

1) ตรวจสอบสถานะบริการ Windows Update

เปิด Windows Services Manager ตรวจสอบบริการเกี่ยวกับ Windows Update เช่น Windows Update, Windows Update Medic, Update Orchestrator Services ไม่ได้ถูกปิดใช้งาน

ค่าเริ่มต้นบน Windows 10 แบบ Standalone:

  • Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
  • Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
  • Cryptographic Services – Automatic
  • Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
  • DCOM Server Process Launcher – Automatic
  • RPC Endpoint Mapper – Automatic
  • Windows Installer – Manual

จะทำให้บริการที่จำเป็นพร้อมใช้งาน

นอกจากบริการโดยตรง ควรตรวจสอบ dependencies ของ Windows Update service ว่าทำงานอยู่หรือไม่

ค้นหา "services" ในกล่องค้นหาแถบงาน คลิกผลลัพธ์ เปิดหน้าต่าง Services หา Windows Update, DCOM Server Process Launcher, RPC Endpoint Mapper ดูว่าทำงานอยู่ไหม

ถ้าไม่ได้ทำงาน เริ่มบริการทีละตัว

2) รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components ด้วยตนเอง

ใช้ Reset Windows Update Agent Tool ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม

3) ซ่อมแซมไฟล์ระบบ Windows Update ด้วย DISM

ซ่อมแซมไฟล์ระบบ Windows Update ที่เสียหายด้วย DISM Tool Dism.exe ใช้ได้ในหลายสถานการณ์ รวมถึงซ่อมไฟล์ Windows Update ที่เสียหาย โปรดทราบว่าต้องรันคำสั่งต่างออกไป หากต้องการซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ Windows Update ที่เสียหาย การรัน /RestoreHealth ปกติอาจไม่ช่วย

DISM จะแทนที่ไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหายหรือหายไปด้วยไฟล์ที่ดี แต่ถ้า Windows Update client แตกแล้ว จะแจ้งให้ใช้ Windows installation ที่ทำงานอยู่เป็นแหล่งซ่อมแซม หรือใช้ Windows side-by-side folder จาก network share

ต้องรันคำสั่งนี้แทน:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่งแหล่งซ่อมแซมจริง

เสร็จแล้ว DISM จะสร้างไฟล์ log ที่ %windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log บันทึกปัญหาที่พบหรือแก้ไข สามารถตรวจ CBS.persist.log ได้

วิธีเหล่านี้ช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่ป้องกัน Windows Updates ติดตั้งไม่ได้
