Windows Media Player เปิดไม่ได้? ลองวิธีแก้ไขเหล่านี้

Windows Media Player เป็น Default Media Player ของ Windows นานแล้ว จนถูกแทนที่ด้วยแอปอื่นใน Windows 10 ปัญหาที่พบบ่อยคือ Windows Media Player เปิดไม่ได้ แม้ Process ที่ทำงานอยู่ใน Background นี่เป็นพฤติกรรมที่แปลกสำหรับแอปเล่น Audio/Video

Kill Windows Media Player Process

ก่อนอื่น กำจัดความเป็นไปได้ของ Process ที่ Unresponsive ปัญหาแบบนี้พบบ่อยกับหลายแอป Process รันใน Background แต่อาจ Unresponsive Kill Process แล้ว Windows Media Player จะเริ่มใหม่ อาจแก้ปัญหาได้:

หายังไม่ได้ ใช้ Troubleshooter ในตัวของ Windows มี Troubleshooter หลายอย่างสำหรับฟังก์ชันต่างๆ มักช่วยแก้ปัญหาเล็กๆ ที่มองไม่เห็น:

บางครั้งปัญหามาจาก DLL Files ที่เกี่ยวข้อง DLL (Dynamic Link Library) คือไลบรารีที่มีโค้ดทำหน้าที่บางอย่างใน Windows ให้ Re-register DLL Files สำหรับ Windows Media Player:

  6. หลัง Restart ติดตั้ง Windows Media Player ใหม่ ด้วยขั้นตอนเดียวกัน
  7. Restart อีกครั้ง สุดท้ายตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้หรือยัง
