ปัญหา Glance Screen ไม่ทำงาน ใน Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview: ไปที่ Settings > Extras พบลิงก์ Glance Screen แต่กดไม่ได้ มีอัปเดตใน Store แต่ติดตั้งล้มเหลว Error 0x803F8006
วิธีแก้ไข
วิธีที่ 1: ถอนติดตั้งและติดตั้ง Windows Insider App ใหม่
- Uninstall Windows Insider app
- Reinstall Windows Insider app
- ตั้งค่า Build ใหม่เป็น Fast Ring
- Check for updates
- จะมีอัปเดต Fast Ring Configuration Update ติดตั้ง แล้ว Glance Screen จะทำงาน
วิธีที่ 2: อัปเกรดเป็น Build 10581 หรือใหม่กว่า
Microsoft แก้ไขปัญหานี้ใน Build 10581 หากอัปเดตเป็น 10581 ไม่ได้ ให้:
- ใช้ Windows Phone Recovery Tool (WPRT) กู้คืนกลับไป Windows 8.1
- ติดตั้ง Windows Insider App อัปเกรดเป็น Build 10581 (Fast Ring)
Build 10572 มีบั๊กนี้ Build 10581 แก้ไขแล้ว
