ข้อความตอนโอนไฟล์ (I/O Device Error):
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error (0x8007045D) Please rerun backup once the issue is resolved.
I/O Device Error เกิดเมื่อ: โอนไฟล์ระหว่าง Storage, เปิด Storage Device, Burn Disc – Windows พยายามใช้ Transfer Mode ที่ไม่รองรับ/ไม่พร้อมใช้งาน อาจจากฮาร์ดแวร์เสีย, เชื่อมต่อผิด, Config ผิด
Windows ไม่อนุญาต Install/Copy จากดิสก์เสีย (จะทำให้แย่ลง) หากยังใช้ได้ ให้รัน chkdsk พร้อม Drive Letter
แก้ได้โดย: Copy ใน Safe Mode + Troubleshoot, Disk Check Utility, Update Driver, หรือเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์เสีย

สาเหตุ Error Code: 0x8007045d
พบบ่อยตอน Read/Write CD/DVD/USB/External HDD ที่เสียหาย หรือไฟล์เสีย/ดาวน์โหลดไม่ครบ สรุป: สาเหตุจาก Hardware หรือ Software ทั้งคู่
- USB Port ชำรุด/ต่อไม่แน่น – ระบบอ่านไม่ได้ → Error
- Hard Drive เสียหาย – เช็คสุขภาพ HDD

วิธี Troubleshoot Error Code 0x8007045d
เพราะมาจากทั้ง Software และ Hardware จึงมีหลายแนวทาง
เริ่มจาก Restart เครื่อง (ปิดสนิท รอสักครู่ เปิดใหม่) – บ่อยครั้งแก้ได้
ถอดอุปกรณ์ USB ที่ไม่รู้จักทั้งหมด → Restart → ต่อเฉพาะที่จำเป็น

วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ USB Port อื่น / ทำความสะอาด
Port ชำรุด/สกปรก → Error I/O → ลอง Port อื่น หรือต่อตรง Motherboard (หลีกเลี่ยง Front Panel) แปรง CD/DVD ให้สะอาด
วิธีที่ 2: บูทเข้า Safe Mode
Third-party Apps อาจชน System Apps/Services Safe Mode ปิด Third-party ทั้งหมด
- Win + S →
System Configuration - แท็บ Boot → Boot Options → ติ๊ก Safe boot (Minimal)
- OK → Apply → Restart → เข้า Safe Mode
ใน Safe Mode ลองทำงานที่ Error เดิม → หาย = Third-party App เสีย → Uninstall แอปที่เพิ่งติดตั้ง (ผ่าน Control Panel)
ยัง Error = สาเหตุอื่น → ลองต่อ
หมายเหตุ: Third-party Antivirus ต้องปิดด้วย (ชน System Apps บ่อย) ใช้ Windows Defender แทนได้
วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Startup Items
Startup Programs มากเกิน → Basic Operations ล้มเหลว
- Win + Q → ค้นหา System Configuration
- แท็บ General → Selective Startup → ยกเลิกติ๊ก Load system services และ Load startup items
- แท็บ Services → ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services → Disable all → Apply
- แท็บ Startup → Open Task Manager → Disable ทุก App/Service
- Apply → OK → Restart → ทดสอบ Install/Update Windows
วิธีที่ 4: รัน CHKDSK
- CMD (Admin) → Yes (UAC)
chkdsk C: /f /r /x(C: = Drive ที่ต้องการ)- จะบอกว่า Root Drive ใช้งานอยู่ → กด Y → Enter → Restart → สแกนตอนบูท
วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดต Device Drivers
- Settings (Win + I) → Windows Update → Check for updates
- มี Optional Updates → Hover → ติ๊กทั้งหมด → Download and Install
- รอจบ → ทดสอบ Error 0x8007045D

วิธีที่ 6: รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter → Run

วิธีที่ 7: Reset PC (วิธีสุดท้าย)
