Shortcut นำทางเมื่อ Mouse ค้าง: (เหมือนบทความ Touchpad) + ใช้ USB Mouse ชั่วคราว

วิธีที่ 1: Perform Clean Boot

ซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอกขัดกับ Mouse ทำ Clean Boot วินิจฉัย

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบ Function Keys (Touchpad On/Off)

กด Fn+F3 (Dell), Fn+F8 (Lenovo) ตามสัญลักษณ์บนปุ่ม

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Touchpad Settings และ Pointer Options

  1. Windows Key + X > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse/Dell Touchpad
  2. ตรวจสอบ Toggle Touchpad = ON > Save
  3. Device and Printers > Mouse > แท็บ Pointer Options > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Hide pointer while typing > Apply > OK > Reboot

  1. Windows Key + I > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad > Additional mouse options
  2. แท็บสุดท้าย (Device Settings/Synaptics/ELAN) > คลิกอุปกรณ์ > Enable > Reboot

  1. Control Panel > Find and fix problems (System and Security) > Hardware and Sound > Hardware and Devices

  1. Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad > Additional mouse options
  2. แท็บ ClickPad > Settings > Advanced > ตั้ง Filter Activation Time slider = 0 > Reboot

วิธีที่ 9: ปิด Realtek HD Audio Manager

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Task Manager > แท็บ Startup > Disable Realtek HD Audio Manager > Reboot

Realtek HD Audio Manager ขัดกับ Mouse ในบางเคส

วิธีที่ 10: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install > Reboot
