แก้ Windows Update Error 0x80246002 - วิธีแก้ด่วนสำหรับ Windows 10

แก้ Windows Update Error 0x80246002: แม้จะเป็น Windows 10 เวอร์ชันล่าสุด ผู้ใช้ก็ยังเจอปัญหาอัปเดตไม่ได้ เมื่อพยายามอัปเดตจาก Settings จะเจอ Error 0x80246002 ทำให้ดาวน์โหลดฟีเจอร์ใหม่ แพทช์ความปลอดภัย และแก้บั๊กไม่ได้ ทำให้ระบบเปราะบางต่อแฮกเกอร์

ไม่มีสาเหตุเดียว แต่พบว่ามาจาก Windows Defender อัปเดตไม่ได้ โฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution เสียหาย หรือ Microsoft Server มีคำขอมากเกินไป

วิธีแก้ Windows Update Error 0x80246002

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเพื่อความปลอดภัย

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุดบริการ Windows Update: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่มบริการใหม่: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. รีบูทเครื่อง
  6. ไป Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates
  7. ติดตั้งอัปเดตที่ค้างอยู่ แล้วรีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. ค้นหา "troubleshooting" ใน Windows Search คลิก Troubleshooting
  2. เลือก View all ด้านซ้าย
  3. เลือก Windows Update จากรายการ
  4. ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ ให้ Troubleshooter ทำงาน
  5. รีบูทเครื่อง

วิธีที่ 3: อัปเดต Windows Defender ด้วยตนเอง

  1. กด Windows Key + Q ค้นหา Windows Defender
  2. คลิกเปิด Windows Defender ไปแท็บ Update คลิก update Windows Defender Definition
  3. หมายเหตุ: หากปิด Windows Defender ให้เปิดกลับมา อัปเดต แล้วค่อยปิดใหม่
  4. รีบูทเครื่อง ลองอัปเดต Windows ใหม่

วิธีที่ 4: ดาวน์โหลดอัปเดตด้วยตนเองจาก Microsoft Update Catalog

  1. เปิด Incognito ใน Chrome หรือ Edge ไปที่ Microsoft Update Catalog
  2. ค้นหารหัสอัปเดต เช่น KB4015438
  3. คลิก Download หน้าอัปเดต "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438)"
  4. หน้าต่างใหม่จะเปิด คลิกลิงก์ดาวน์โหลดอีกครั้ง
  5. ติดตั้ง Windows update KB4015438

วิธีที่ 5: รัน DISM Tool

  1. เปิด Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. รอจนเสร็จสิ้น
  4. รันเพิ่ม: DISM /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
  5. รีบูทเครื่อง
