แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x80080005

Error Code 0x80080005 เกิดจากความขัดแย้งระหว่างซอฟต์แวร์ความปลอดภัยกับ Windows Update บล็อก BITS Service ทำให้เข้าถึง System Volume Information folder ไม่ได้ Windows Update สำคัญต่อความปลอดภัยและความเสถียร รูทกิจกรรมรู้ดแวร์ล่าสุดเกิดจากผู้ใช้ไม่อัปเดต เรามาแก้ไขพร้อม Error 0x80072ee7

เตรียมความพร้อม

สร้าง Restore Point

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus ใน System Tray > Disable (เลือกเวลา 15-30 นาที)
  2. ทดสอบเปิด Chrome ดูว่า error หายไหม
  3. Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall
  4. ซ้าย: Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  5. เลือก Turn off Windows Firewall > Restart
  6. ทดสอบอีกครั้ง หาไม่ได้ ให้เปิด Firewall กลับคืน

วิธีที่ 2: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. เปิด Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รัน: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
  4. รัน CHKDSK ซ่อม File System Errors
  5. รอเสร็จ รีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 3: รัน DISM

  1. Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันทีละคำสั่ง: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. รอเสร็จ หาไม่ได้ ลองคำสั่ง offline (ดูรายละเอียดในบทความต้นฉบับ)
  4. รีบูท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Microsoft
  2. ดับเบิลคลิกรัน > Follow วิซาร์ด
  3. รีบูท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components ด้วยตนเอง (Manual Reset)

  1. Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุด Service: 
    net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
  3. ลบไฟล์ qmgr*.dat: 
    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
  4. cd /d %windir%\system32
  5. Re-register BITS และ Windows Update files (รันคำสั่ง regsvr32.exe ทีละบรรทัดสำหรับ atl.dll, urlmon.dll, mshtml.dll, shdocvw.dll, browseui.dll, jscript.dll, vbscript.dll, scrrun.dll, msxml.dll, msxml3.dll, msxml6.dll, actxprxy.dll, softpub.dll, wintrust.dll, dssenh.dll, rsaenh.dll, gpkcsp.dll, sccbase.dll, slbcsp.dll, cryptdlg.dll, oleaut32.dll, ole32.dll, shell32.dll, initpki.dll, wuapi.dll, wuaueng.dll, wuaueng1.dll, wucltui.dll, wups.dll, wups2.dll, wuweb.dll, qmgr.dll, qmgrprxy.dll, wucltux.dll, muweb.dll, wuwebv.dll)
  6. Reset Winsock: netsh winsock reset
  7. Reset BITS และ Wuauserv security descriptor: 
    sc.exe sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
sc.exe sdset wuauserv D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
  8. เริ่ม Service ใหม่: 
    net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc
  9. ติดตั้ง Windows Update Agent ล่าสุด
  10. รีบูท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 6: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

  1. Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุด Service: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่ม Service ใหม่: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. รีบูท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 7: เปิดใช้งาน Group Policy Component Repair

  1. Windows Key + R gpedit.msc Enter
  2. ไปที่: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates: Policy > System
  3. หา Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair > ดับเบิลคลิก
  4. เลือก Enabled > ติ๊ก Contact Windows Update directly..
  5. Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 8: ให้สิทธิ์ Full Control โฟลเดอร์ System Volume Information

  1. Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รัน: 
    cmd.exe /c takeown /f "C:\System Volume Information\*" /R /D Y && icacls "C:\System Volume Information\*" /grant:R SYSTEM:F /T /C /L
  3. รอเสร็จ Exit CMD
  4. รีบูท
