แก้ Windows 10 ค้างที่ Preparing Security Options: 10 วิธีแก้ไข

ผู้ใช้รายงาน Windows 10 โหลดจนถึงหน้าจอสีน้ำเงิน “Preparing Security Options” คีย์บอร์ดใช้ไม่ได้ ค้างที่นั่น ปัญหานี้มาตั้งแต่ Windows 7 แต่มีหลายวิธีแก้

หมายเหตุ: ถอด USB อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดก่อนเริ่ม สร้าง Restore Point

แก้ Windows 10 ค้างที่ Preparing Security Options

วิธีที่ 1: System Restore

  1. Win + R → sysdm.cpl Enter
  2. แท็บ System Protection → System Restore
  3. Next → เลือก Restore Point → ตามขั้นตอน → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 2: Uninstall อัปเดตล่าสุด

  1. Win + I → Update & Security
  2. ซ้ายมือ Windows Update → View installed update history
  3. คลิก Uninstall updates
  4. ดับเบิลคลิกอัปเดตล่าสุดเพื่อ Uninstall → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Fast Startup

  1. Win + R → control Enter → Hardware and Sound → Power Options
  2. ซ้ายมือ Choose what the power buttons do
  3. คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
  4. เอาติ๊ก Turn on fast startup ออก → Save changes

วิธีที่ 4: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. เปิด CMD (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: Sfc /scannow และ sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. รอเสร็จ รีบูท
  4. รัน CHKDSK ซ่อม File System → รีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 5: Automatic/Startup Repair

  1. บูทจาก Windows 10 DVD → กดปุ่มใดๆ เพื่อบูทจาก DVD
  2. เลือกภาษา → Repair your computer
  3. Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Automatic Repair หรือ Startup Repair
  4. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 6: Rebuild BCD

  1. บูทจาก DVD เปิด CMD
  2. พิมพ์: bootrec.exe /FixMbr, bootrec.exe /FixBoot, bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
  3. ถ้าไม่ได้: bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup, c:, cd boot, attrib bcd -s -h -r, ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old, bootrec /RebuildBcd
  4. Exit CMD → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 7: รีสตาร์ท Windows Update Service

  1. บูทเข้า Safe Mode
  2. Win + R → services.msc Enter
  3. หา: Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Cryptographic Service, Windows Update, MSI Installer
  4. คลิกขวาแต่ละตัว → Properties → Startup type: Automatic
  5. ถ้า Stopped คลิก Start
  6. คลิกขวา Windows Update → Restart
  7. Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 8: ปิด Credential Manager Service

  1. Safe Mode → services.msc
  2. คลิกขวา Credential Manager Service → Properties
  3. Startup type: Disabled → Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 9: เปลี่ยนชื่อ SoftwareDistribution

  1. Safe Mode → CMD (Admin)
  2. หยุดบริการ: net stop wuauserv, net stop cryptSvc, net stop bits, net stop msiserver
  3. พิมพ์: ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old, ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่มบริการใหม่: net start wuauserv, net start cryptSvc, net start bits, net start msiserver
  5. รีบูท

วิธีที่ 10: Reset Windows 10

  1. รีสตาร์ทหลายครั้งจนเข้า Automatic Repair
  2. Troubleshoot → Reset this PC → Remove everything
  3. อาจต้องใส่ Installation media → เลือก Windows version → drive ที่ติดตั้ง Windows → remove my files
  4. คลิก Reset → ตามขั้นตอน
