วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต

รัน Speedtest หากเน็ตช้า ให้ Troubleshoot ตามคู่มือเครือข่าย

วิธีที่ 2: Sign Out ทุกอุปกรณ์ แล้ว Login ใหม่

1. Zoom Web > Sign In > My Account > Profile
2. Scroll ลง > Sign Me Out From All Devices
3. Login ใหม่ด้วย Credentials

วิธีที่ 3: ล้าง Zoom App Cache

1. Zoom App > Profile Pic > Settings > Zoom Apps
2. Clear "Zoom Apps Local App Data & Cookies" > Confirm

Firewall/ Antivirus อาจบล็อก Zoom ให้ Allow ผ่าน Firewall Settings
