9 วิธีแก้ Apple Pencil ไม่ทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง

Apple Pencil เป็น Accessory ที่มีประโยชน์สำหรับ iPad ใช้จดบันทึกมือ, วาดรูป, Sketch และ Navigate บนบางรุ่น แต่ Apple Pencil ต้อง Pair หรือ Connect กับ iPad ก่อน หาก Pair หรือ Connect ไม่ได้ หรือมีปัญหาอื่น ลองดูวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง

1. ตรวจสอบ Compatibility

ปัจจุบันมี Apple Pencil 2 รุ่น แต่ละรุ่นไม่ Compatible กับ iPad ทุกรุ่น ก่อนลอง Fixes ต้องเช็ค Compatibility ก่อน

iPad ที่รองรับ Apple Pencil รุ่นที่ 1:

• iPad (6th Gen)
• iPad (7th Gen)
• iPad (8th Gen)
• iPad (9th Gen)
• iPad mini (5th Gen)
• iPad Air (3rd Gen)
• iPad Pro 12.9" (1st/2nd Gen)
• iPad Pro 10.5"
• iPad Pro 9.7"

iPad ที่รองรับ Apple Pencil รุ่นที่ 2:

• iPad mini (6th Gen)
• iPad Air (4th Gen)
• iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd Gen ขึ้นไป)
• iPad Pro 11" (1st Gen ขึ้นไป)

2. Restart iPad

เริ่ม Troubleshooting Apple Pencil Pairing Issues ด้วยการ Restart iPad Minor Issues หรือ Bugs ที่ขัดขวาง Apple Pencil จะหายด้วย Reboot ปิดเปิด iPad ใหม่

อย่างไรก็ตาม หลัง Restart ต้อง Re-pair Apple Pencil กับ iPad ใหม่ มิฉะนั้นจะไม่ทำงานทันที

Pro Tip: ลอง Restart iPad พร้อม Apple Pencil ต่ออยู่ คือเสียบ Lightning Connector (Gen 1) หรือแท้งแม่เหล็กด้านข้าง (Gen 2)

3. ยืนยันว่า Bluetooth เปิดอยู่

ทุกครั้งที่เจอปัญหา Apple Pencil Bluetooth เป็น Setting แรกที่ต้องเช็ค

Bluetooth ต้อง Enable บน iPad เพื่อใช้ Apple Pencil

1. ไป "Settings → Bluetooth"
2. เปิด Toggle Bluetooth ให้ On ลองใช้ Apple Pencil บน iPad

หาก Bluetooth On อยู่แล้วแต่ Pair/Connect ไม่ได้ ให้ปิด Bluetooth แล้วเปิดใหม่ ควรแก้ปัญหา Apple Pencil Connected แต่ไม่ทำงาน หรือไม่ขึ้นใน Bluetooth

เมื่อ Bluetooth On ดูใน List "My devices" ว่า Apple Pencil บอก "Not Connected" ไหม ถ้าใช่ ไปข้อ 4

4. Pair Apple Pencil ให้ถูกต้อง

ต้องทำตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้องเพื่อ Pair Apple Pencil กับ iPad ขั้นตอนต่างกันสำหรับ 2 รุ่น

1. Enable Bluetooth บน iPad ไป "Settings → Bluetooth"

2. เปิด Toggle Bluetooth

3. Gen 1: ถอดฝา เสียบ Lightning Port ของ iPad Gen 2: แท้งแม่เหล็กด้านข้าง iPad
4. Bluetooth Pairing Dialog จะโผล่ แตะ "Pair" หากครั้งแรก หาก Re-pair อาจเกิด Auto

5. Apple Pencil ที่ Pair แล้วจะโผล่ใน Bluetooth Devices ใน "Settings → Bluetooth"

Note: ต้อง Re-pair Apple Pencil หลัง Restart iPad, เปิด Airplane Mode, หรือ Pair กับ iPad อื่น

5. เช็คแบตเตอรี่

Apple Pencil จะไม่ทำงานหรือ Pair ได้หากแบตเตอรี่ต่ำ

1. เช็คแบตเตอรี่ Apple Pencil เปิด Settings ไป "Apple Pencil"

2. จะเห็น Battery Percentage ถัดจาก Apple Pencil Option
3. หาก Option สีเทา (Greyed out) ให้เอา Apple Pencil ไปโฮเวอร์ iPad เพื่อดู % หาก Option ไม่โผล่เลย แปลว่า Pencil Disconnected ต้อง Re-pair ตามข้างต้น

Tip: ดูแบตเตอรี่ Apple Pencil บน Home Screen ได้ด้วยการเพิ่ม Battery Widget

หากแบตต่ำ ควรชาร์จ Apple Pencil อย่างน้อย 15 นาที ให้มี Juice พอทำงาน

• ชาร์จ Gen 2: แท้งแม่เหล็กด้านข้าง iPad ตรวจสอบ Bluetooth On
• ชาร์จ Gen 1: ถอดฝาบน Pencil เสียบ Lightning Connector บน iPad

เมื่อ Apple Pencil มี Charge พอ Pairing Dialog ควรโผล่ แตะ "Agree" เพื่อ Pair เมื่อ Charge พอแล้ว ถอดออก ลองใช้งาน ดูว่าจะ Connect และทำงานได้หรือไม่

6. Forget Apple Pencil

การ Forget Apple Pencil จาก Bluetooth Devices ช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่อาจขวาง Pencil ไม่ทำงานได้ ตอน Remove จาก Bluetooth ต้อง Re-pair ใหม่ เหมือนเริ่มต้นใหม่ Connectivity Issues อาจหายไป

1. เปิด Settings ไป "Bluetooth"
2. แตะไอคอน (i) ถัดจาก Apple Phần "My devices"

Note: หากไม่เจอ List Bluetooth Devices ตรวจสอบว่า Bluetooth On

3. กด "Forget this device" แตะ "Forget device" เมื่อ Pop-up ยืนยันโผล่

4. Re-pair Apple Pencil กับ iPad ตามข้างต้น

7. Disconnect อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth อื่นๆ

หากมีอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth อื่น Connect อยู่กับ iPad (กระบวนการเดียวกับ Forget Apple Pencil) ควรปิดมันไป User iPad หลายคนแนะนำว่า อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth อื่น Interfere กับ Apple Pencil ทำให้มันไม่ทำงานถูกต้อง

8. เช็คปลาย Apple Pencil

หาก Apple Pencil ไม่ทำงานบน iPad โอกาสสูงว่า Tip หลวม ให้บิดปลาย Apple Pencil ให้แน่น หากไม่ได้ ลองถอด Tip แล้วใส่ใหม่ หรือเปลี่ยน Tip ใหม่

9. ชาร์จด้วย Charger ปกติ

หากไม่ได้ Pair Request Box หลังชาร์จ Apple Pencil หรือชาร์จผ่าน iPad ไม่ได้ ลองชาร์จด้วย Charger ของ iPad โดยใช้ USB Power Adapter ที่มาพร้อม Apple Pencil

10. Reset Network Settings

หากไม่มีอะไรทำงาน ลอง Reset Network Settings บน iPad จะไม่ลบ Personal Data แต Network Settings เช่น Bluetooth, Wi-Fi จะ Reset เป็น Default

1. เปิด Settings ไป "General"
2. แตะ "Transfer or Reset iPad"

3. แตะ "Reset" ตามด้วย "Reset network settings"
