วิธีแก้ไข Error 0x80070005 ตอนอัปเดต Windows 10 1903

Feature Update 1903 (May 2019 Update) เพิ่มฟีเจอร์ใหม่หลายอย่าง (Windows Sandbox, Enhanced Search ฯลฯ) แต่หลายคนเจอ Error 0x80070005 ตอนติดตั้ง

สาเหตุของ Error 0x80070005

• Windows Update Service ไม่ได้รัน - Service หยุดทำงาน
• ขาดสิทธิ์ Administrator - ต้องมี Admin Rights
• Update Components เสียหาย - ใช้ Troubleshooter ตรวจสอบ
• ไฟล์ Update เก่าค้างอยู่ (SoftwareDistribution) - Conflict กับไฟล์ใหม่
• Antivirus บล็อก - AV กันการติดตั้ง
• PC อยู่ใน Error State - Power Cycling ช่วยได้
• ฮาร์ดดิสก์เพิ่มเติมหลายตัว - บางครั้งขัดกับ Update Mechanism
• Executable สำคัญหายไป - ไฟล์ระบบที่ Update ต้องการหาย
• Third-party Programs Conflict - โปรแกรมอื่นรบกวน
• Windows Installation Corrupt - ต้อง Clean Install

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

1. Win + S → troubleshoot → เปิด
2. เลือก Windows Update → Run the troubleshooter
3. ถ้าขอ Admin → Try troubleshooting as an administrator
4. รอ Fix → Restart → ทดสอบ

ทำซ้ำหลายครั้ง เพื่อโอกาสแก้ได้มากขึ้น

วิธีที่ 2: Power Cycling

1. ปิดเครื่อง + Router → ถอด Power Cord → กดปิด Power Button ค้าง 2-3 นาที
2. รอ 5-8 นาที → เสียบไฟ → เปิดเครื่อง → ทดสอบ Update

วิธีที่ 3: ถอดอุปกรณ์/ฮาร์ดดิสก์เพิ่มเติม

ถอด USB ทั้งหมด (Webcam, Console, ฯลฯ) และ Non-primary Hard Drives (ปิดเครื่องก่อนถอด) → ทดสอบ Update → ถ้าหาย = อุปกรณ์/ดิสก์เพิ่มเป็นสาเหตุ

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด/Uninstall Antivirus

Uninstall ดีกว่าแค่ Disable (เพราะ Registry Dependency อาจค้างอยู่)

1. Win + R → appwiz.cpl Enter
2. หา AV → คลิกขวา → Uninstall
3. Restart → Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 5: Restart Update Service + ลบไฟล์ดาวน์โหลดเก่า

1. หยุด Service: Win + R → services.msc → หา Windows Update → Properties → Stop
2. ลบไฟล์ใน:

   C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

   (ลบทุกอย่าง หรือ Cut ไปเก็บที่อื่น)
3. Start Service ใหม่: Services → Windows Update → Start → เปิด Update Manager รอสักครู่

วิธีที่ 6: ตั้ง Services ให้เป็น Automatic (CMD Admin)

1. CMD as Admin
2. รัน:

   SC config wuauserv start=auto
   SC config bits start=auto
   SC config cryptsvc start=auto
   SC config trustedinstaller start=auto

3. Restart → ทดสอบ Update

วิธีที่ 7: Clean Install Windows (วิธีสุดท้าย)

Backup ข้อมูล → Clean Install Windows 10 (Rufus/Media Creation Tool) → อัปเดตเป็น 1903 หรือติดตั้ง 1903 โดยตรง
