มีวิธีแก้ unofficial จากผู้ใช้รวมไว้ ทำตามลำดับ

สาเหตุ The Local Security Authority Cannot be Contacted

ระบุสาเหตุสำคัญ:

  • DNS Addresses ตั้งผิด: ลอง DNS Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) หรือ OpenDNS
  • Remote Desktop Connections ปิด Default: Host หรือ Client เปิดตัวเลือกให้เชื่อมต่อได้
  • IP/DNS Conflict: รันคำสั่งช่วยแก้ได้

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยน DNS Address

DNS Setup ผิด Host/Service ไม่อนุญาต แก้ง่าย: เปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Google/OpenDNS ใน Control Panel

  1. Windows+R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl OK เปิด Internet Connection Settings Control Panel

  1. Double-click Active Network Adapter คลิก Properties (ต้อง Admin)

วิธีที่ 2: เปิด Remote Connections ใน Group Policy Editor

Group Policy Client บล็อก Remote Desktop เปลี่ยนได้ใน gpedit.msc (ยกเว้น Windows Home)

  1. คลิกขวา My Computer/This PC (ตาม Windows Version) Properties

  1. แท็บ Remote > Remote Desktop เลือก Allow remote connections to this computer ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication (recommended)
