แก้ไข: Pandora App ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10

Pandora App Windows 10 (UWP) มีปัญหา: เปิดไม่ได้, โหลดเนื้อหาไม่ได้, หรือ Error 不明確

สาเหตุ Pandora App ไม่ทำงาน

• Antivirus บล็อก: Conflict กับ UWP Apps
• Application Service ผิดปกติ: Reset Service ช่วยได้
• Windows Store Service: Pandora ใช้ Store Service ถ้า Store เสีย Pandora ก็เสีย
• Windows Update: Pandora Update ผ่าน Windows Update ถ้า Update เสีย Pandora ก็เสีย

ก่อนเริ่ม: Login Admin, ไม่ใช้ VPN/Proxy, ใช้ Network เปิด/Private

วิธีที่ 1: Refresh Windows Update Components

1. Win + R → services.msc → Enter
2. หา: Windows Update และ Background Intelligent Transfer Service → Stop ทั้งคู่
3. Explorer ไป: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ → ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมด
4. Restart → ลอง Pandora

วิธีที่ 2: จบ Process Pandora ใน Task Manager

1. Win + R → taskmgr → Enter
2. หา Process Pandora → End Task
3. เปิด Pandora ใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Windows Store Apps (Reset Store/Re-register Apps)

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด/Uninstall Antivirus

Disable Antivirus ชั่วคราว → ถ้าไม่ได้ Uninstall ทิ้ง (ถ้ามี Product Key) → ทดสอบ Pandora

วิธีที่ 5: ใช้ Pandora Website หรือ Alternative Apps

ถ้า App ใช้ไม่ได้: ใช้ Pandora Website หรือ Alternative: MetroRadio (Microsoft Store)
