แก้ปัญหา: Windows Update ติดตั้งนานมาก (Stuck/Hang)

Microsoft ปล่อย Windows Update บ่อย เพื่อ Fix Bug/เพิ่ม Feature แต่อาจใช้เวลานานมาก (หลายคน 24+ ชม. แม้เน็ตเร็ว/สเปคสูง) ค้างที่ 80-90% Loading 3-4 ชม. ไม่ก้าวหน้า Auto-update ทำให้รอสิ้นเช้าสิ้นคืน

สาเหตุไม่ชัดเจน บางเครื่องเร็ว บางเครื่องช้า ค้างที่ % เหมือนกัน แต่จริงๆ อาจกำลังทำงานอยู่ ไม่ได้ Stuck จริง มีบางกรณี Stuck จริงจาก Antivirus/โปรแกรมอื่น Conflict

เคล็ดลับ

เช็คพื้นที่ Disk ให้พอ Update ห้าพื้นที่ไม่พอ Update จะค้าง

วิธีที่ 1: Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ (Soft Reboot)

เสี่ยง: บางคน Restart แล้ว Update ทำงานต่อ บางคน Revert กลับสถานะเดิม (เสีย Progress) ห้ารอ 20+ ชม. ค้าง 90% Loading 4-5 ชม. ลอง Reboot (ความเสี่ยงติดตัวเอง) อาจต้อง Update ใหม่ 20+ ชม. อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 2: Hard Reboot (Cold Boot)

เชื่อว่า Stuck จริง และยอมรับความเสี่ยงเสีย Progress

1. ค้าง Power Button จนเครื่องปิด (จากหน้าจอ Update ได้)
2. รอ 45 วินาที
3. ถอด Power Supply (Laptop: ถอด Battery ด้วย)
4. ค้าง Power Button 15 วินาที
5. รอ 5 นาที
6. ใส่ Battery/เสียบ Power → เปิดเครื่อง

หมายเหตุ: เสีย Progress ทั้งหมด ต้อง Update ใหม่ หลัง Boot อาจเจอ Advanced Boot Options หรือ Startup Settings → เลือก Safe Mode with Networking แล้ว Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: Windows Update ใน Clean Boot

ห้าสาเหตุเป็น App ตัวที่ 3 Conflict Clean Boot จะช่วย (ห้าแก้ได้ก็ Rule Out Conflict ได้)

เสีย Progress เหมือนกัน

1. Hard Shutdown (ค้าง Power จนปิด)
2. เปิดเครื่อง Login Windows
3. Win + R → msconfig Enter

4. แท็บ Services → ติ๊ก Hide All Microsoft Services → Disable All

6. แท็บ Startup → Open Task Manager

8. แท็บ Startup → Select ตัวแรก → Disable ทำซ้ำทุกตัว

10. ปิด Task Manager → Apply → OK → Reboot
11. Run Windows Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 4: Reset Windows Update Components

Reset Component Update แบบ Manual (เสีย Progress เหมือนกัน)

1. Hard Shutdown → เปิดเครื่อง Login
2. Win → พิมพ์ cmd → คลิกขวา Command Prompt → Run as Administrator

3. รันคำสั่ง (Enter ทีละบรรทัด):

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver

7. รัน:

   ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

8. รัน:

   ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

9. รันคำสั่ง Start Service กลับ:

net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

11. ปิด CMD Reboot → Run Windows Update ใหม่
