แก้ปัญหา: Skype "Problem with playback device" บน Windows 10

Skype ใช้ Video/Voice/Text Call ปัญหา "Problem with playback device" พบบ่อย: Error ขึ้นตอน Call, Call Drop หลังเสียงแรก, Error ทุก 2 ครั้ง, หรือไม่ Call ได้เลย

หมายความว่า Skype หา/ใช้ Audio Device (Speaker/Headset) ไม่ได้ เช็คก่อน: อุปกรณ์เสียบถูกต้อง ทำงานปกติ ถ้าปกติ อาจเป็น Driver หรือ Config Skype

เคล็ดลับเบื้องต้น

1. Update Skype ล่าสุด: Help → Check for Updates
2. Uninstall/Reinstall Skype (Control Panel → Uninstall a program) อาจแก้ชั่วคราว

วิธีที่ 1: Audio Troubleshooter (แก้ได้ส่วนใหญ่)

1. Win + R → control.exe /name Microsoft.Troubleshooting Enter

2. คลิก Hardware and Sound

3. คลิก Playing Audio

4. คลิก Advanced

5. ติ๊ก Apply repairs automatically → Next

รอ Troubleshooter Fix แล้วทดสอบ Skype

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบ Default Audio Devices

เช็คว่า Device เปิดใช้งานและเป็น Default

1. Win + R → control panel Enter

2. Hardware and Sound → Sound

4. แท็บ Playback → คลิกขวาในกล่อง Device → ติ๊ก Show Disabled Devices (ติ๊กอยู่แล้วปล่อย)

5. Device ที่ใช้ → คลิกขวา → Set as Default (ต้องมี Green Tick)
6. แท็บ Recording → ทำซ้ำ: Show Disabled Devices → Set Default Mic

Apply → OK → เปิด Skype → Tools → Options → Audio settings → เช็ค Mic/Speaker ถูกต้อง

วิธีที่ 3: เช็คและอัปเดต Audio Drivers

Driver เสีย/เก่า ก็ทำให้ Error อัปเดต Driver (ใช้เวลานิดหน่อย คุ้มค่า)

1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter

2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers → คลิกขวา Audio Device → Update Driver Software

3. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software รอหาเวอร์ชันใหม่ ติดตั้ง

4. ห้า Windows หาไม่เจอ → Double-click Device → แท็บ Driver เก็บหน้าต่างไว้

5. ไปเว็บ Manufacturer หา Driver ล่าสุด เปรียบเทียบ Version ห้าใหม่กว่า Download ติดตั้ง
6. ทำซ้ำกับ Mic/Headset ทุกตัว

วิธีที่ 4: ปิดเปิด Skype ใหม่ (Workaround)

ไม่ใช่ Fix แต่ช่วยชั่วคราว: ปิด Skype เปิดใหม่ หลายคนใช้ได้ชั่วคราว

วิธีที่ 5: Uninstall/Reinstall Audio Drivers

Uninstall ให้ Windows ติดตั้ง Default Driver ใหม่ (แก้ได้เยอะ)

1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter

2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers → คลิกขวา Audio Device → Uninstall

3. Follow Prompt → ทำซ้ำทุก Audio Device
4. Reboot Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่อัตโนมัติ ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 6: Reset Skype Configuration

Reset Skype App ให้หมด (จะหาย Chat History ใน App)

1. Close Skype
2. Win + R → %appdata% Enter

3. หาโฟลเดอร์ Skype → คลิกขวา Rename → Skype.old Enter

4. เปิด Skype ใหม่ (จะสร้าง Config ใหม่) ทดสอบ
