วันนี้เจอ Issue นี้บน Windows 10 Version 1903 "We couldn't install some updates because the PC was turned off" รูปลักษณ์ Error:

Issue นี้มักเกิดจาก Windows Update ที่排程ติดตั้งตอนเครื่องปิด หรือ Windows Update Settings 混亂 ต้อง Reset

วิธีแก้ We Couldn't Install Some Updates Because The PC Was Turned Off

ต้องตรวจสอบ Manual ว่า Update ติดตั้งสำเร็จไหม หาไม่สำเร็จ ต้องดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง Manual หาไม่ได้ Reset Windows 10 Update Settings

ตรวจสอบ Updates แบบ Manual

ขั้นแรก ตรวจสอบว่า Updates ติดตั้งสำเร็จไหม บางครั้งติดตั้งสำเร็จแต่ยังโชว์ Error:

  1. ที่ Windows 10 Desktop
  2. Start > Settings (Cog Icon)

  4. คลิก View Update History ล่างสุด

  5. หน้า View Update History ควรเห็น Successfully installed ทุก Update หาเห็น Reboot เครื่อง Error ควรหาย

  6. หาเห็น Failed to install (ภาพด้านล่าง) ต้องดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง Manual บันทึก KB Numbers ที่ Failed (ตัวอย่าง KB3213986 และ KB3213986)

  7. วิธีติดตั้ง Manual ไปขั้นตอนถัดไป

ติดตั้ง Updates แบบ Manual

  1. Reboot เครื่อง ล้าง Pending Tasks Windows Update
  2. เปิด Browser ไป https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx ใส่ KB Numbers ค้นหาทีละตัว

  3. ดาวน์โหลด Update ไฟล์ .msu
  4. ดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ ดับเบิลคลิก ติดตั้งตามขั้นตอน
  5. Reboot เครื่อง

อัปเกรดเป็น Windows 10 Feature Update ล่าสุด

ข้างต้นไม่ได้ผล อัปเกรด Feature Update เวอร์ชันล่าสุด (ปัจจุบัน 1909):

  1. ที่ Windows 10 Desktop
  2. Start > Settings (Cog Icon)

  4. กลางหน้าจอ "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909" Download and install now

  5. ดาวน์โหลด Feature Update คาด 5 นาที
  6. ดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ
  7. ติดตั้งเสร็จ Status = Pending Restart Restart Now

  8. กลับ Update History (Start > Settings > Update & Security > Update History) ทุก Updates ควรเป็น Successfully Installed

ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ดิสก์ (Check Disk Space)

Windows Updates Fail หาก Disk Space เหลือน้อย แนะนำไม่เกิน 90% บน C: และว่าง > 10GB:

  1. Start > พิมพ์ File Explorer > คลิกแอป
  2. คลิก This PC
  3. ดู Local Disk (C:) พื้นที่ว่างพอไหม

  4. น้อยกว่า 10GB ลบไฟล์ออก ลองติดตั้ง Updates อีกครั้ง

Windows Update Troubleshooter

หายังมี Issue น่าจะเป็น Windows Update System บน Local มีปัญหาต้อง Reset Windows 10 มี Built-in Troubleshooter:

  1. ที่ Windows 10 Desktop
  2. Start > Settings (Cog Icon)

  3. Update & Security
