สาเหตุของ Error 0x80240023

WU_E_EULAS_DECLINED** = อัปเดตบางตัวมี License Terms ถูก Decline (ปฏิเสธ) ทำให้ระบบไม่ติดตั้งได้

ตอนติดตั้ง Update ต้อง Accept License Terms ปกติทำอัตโนมัติ แต่บางครั้งคลิก Decline ผิด หรือระบบ Auto-Decline เอง

วิธีแก้ Windows Update Error 0x80240023

  1. Desktop: Start → Settings (เฟือง)

  2. Update & Security

  3. Troubleshoot (ซ้าย) → Windows Update → Run the troubleshooter**

  4. รอสแกน → คลิก Apply this fix** ถ้ามี
  5. Restart เครื่อง
  6. ติดตั้ง Updates ใหม่

เช็คว่า Windows 10 Activated แล้วหรือยัง

Windows ไม่ Activate → ก่อให้เกิด 0x80240023 ได้:

  • Start → Settings → Update & Security → Activation
  • Activated จะเห็น "Windows is activated"

เช็ค Date & Time

Date/Time ผิด → ระบบ Decline Updates → Error 0x80240023:

  • Start → Settings → Time & Language
  • เช็ค Date/Time/Time Zone ให้ถูกต้อง

วิธีแก้เพิ่มเติม (General Windows Update Fixes)

ติดตั้งอัปเดตที่ Fail ด้วยตนเอง

แก้ Windows Update Error 0x80240023 (WU_E_EULAS_DECLINED) แบบด่วน

  1. รัน Windows Update อีกครั้ง
  2. จด KB Number ของอัปเดตที่ Fail (Status: Installing → Error 0x8024000b หรือ WARNING: Exit code = 0x8024000B)
  3. ไป Microsoft Update Catalogue** ค้น KB Number
  4. Download → รันติดตั้ง → สำเร็จ → Restart → Windows Update อีกครั้ง

อัปเกรดเป็น Windows 10 Feature Update ล่าสุด

  • Desktop: Start → Settings (เฟือง) → Update & Security
  • กลางหน้าจอ: "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903" → Download and install now
  • ดาวน์โหลด ~5 นาที → ติดตั้ง → Pending Restart → Restart now

Rebuild Windows Update Cache

Cache อัปเดตเก่าอาจเป็นสาเหตุ (คล้าย Error 0x800b0109):

  1. CMD Admin → พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:
    • net stop wuauserv
    • cd %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution
    • ren Download Download.old
    • net start wuauserv
    • net stop bits
    • net start bits
    • net stop cryptsvc
    • cd %systemroot%\system32
    • ren catroot2 catroot2old
    • net start cryptsvc
  2. Restart → Windows Update ใหม่
