แก้ Windows 10 Activation Error 0xC004F050 (Product Key Invalid)

ข้อผิดพลาด 0xC004F050 "The Software Licensing Service reported that the product key is invalid" เกิดหลังติดตั้ง Windows 10 ต้อง Activate แต่ Key ถูกต้อง แต่ Server Microsoft มีปัญหา

วิธีแก้ไข Error 0xC004F050

วิธีที่ 1: ใส่ Product Key ใหม่ (Re-enter)

1. Start → Settings → System → About
2. คลิก Change product key or upgrade your edition of Windows
3. คลิก Change Product key
4. ใส่ Product Key → Next → ตามขั้นตอน → Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Automated Telephone System (SLUI 4)

1. Win + R → slui 4 → Enter
2. เลือกประเทศ/ภูมิภาค → Next
3. จะได้หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (Toll-free) และ Installation ID
4. โทรหาเลขนั้น → ใส่ Installation ID ตามเสียงนำทาง
5. จะได้ Confirmation ID → ใส่ในช่อง → Activate Windows
6. สำเร็จ!
