แก้ไข igdkmd64.sys BSOD: Intel Graphics Driver Error

ปหลายปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับ Driver นี้ก่อให้เกิด BSOD รวมถึง VIDEO_TDR_ERROR, igdkmd64.sys, และ nvlddmkm.sys

TDR = Timeout, Detection, and Recovery เมื่อพยายาม Reset Display Drivers และกู้คืนจาก Timeout จะเจอ VIDEO_TDR_ERROR (igdkmd64.sys) น่าเสียดาย ไม่สามารถแก้ได้แค่ลบ igdkmd64.sys - ไม่สามารถลบ/แก้ไขไฟล์นี้ได้ เพราะเป็น System File สำคัญของ Windows .SYS = System File Device Driver ใช้โดย Windows เก็บตั้งค่า Driver ที่ Windows ต้องใช้เพื่อสื่อสารกับ Hardware

แนะนำสร้าง Restore Point ก่อน หาก Overclocking PC/GPU ให้หยุดทันทีเพื่อ Fix igdkmd64.sys BSOD

วิธีที่ 1: Roll Back Intel Graphic Card Drivers

  1. Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc เปิด Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Display adapters คลิกขวา Intel(R) HD Graphics > Properties
  3. แท็บ Driver คลิก Roll Back Driver > OK
  4. Reboot
  5. หายังไม่แก้ หรือ Roll Back เป็นสีเทา ให้ต่อ
  6. คลิกขวา Intel(R) HD Graphics อีกครั้ง > Uninstall
  7. ยืนยัน OK รีสตาร์ท
  8. ระบบจะโหลด Default Intel Graphics Drivers เอง

วิธีที่ 2: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
  4. รัน CHKDSK ตาม How To Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)
  5. รีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยน Intel Graphics Settings

  1. คลิกขวา Desktop ว่าง > Graphic Properties
  2. ใน Intel HD Graphics Control Panel คลิก 3D
  3. ตั้งค่า 3D ให้เป็น: 
    Set Application Optimal Mode to Enable.
Set Multi-Sample Anti-Aliasing to Use Application Settings.
Set Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing to Turn Off.
  4. กลับเมนูหลัก คลิก Video
  5. ตั้งค่า Video ให้เป็น: 
    Standard Color Correction to Application Settings.
Input Range to Application Settings.
  6. รีสตาร์ทหลังเปลี่ยนแปลง ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 4: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Windows Key + I > Settings > Update & Security
  2. ภายใต้ Update Status คลิก Check for updates
  3. หามีอัปเดต ติดตั้งทั้งหมด
  4. Reboot

วิธีนี้อาจแก้ได้ เพราะ Windows Update จะอัปเดต Drivers ด้วย

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Intel Integrated GPU

หมายเหตุ: ใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มี Discrete Graphics Card (NVIDIA, AMD, ฯลฯ)

  1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
  2. ขยาย Display adapters คลิกขวา Intel(R) HD Graphics > Disable
  3. Reboot - ระบบจะสลับไปใช้ Discrete GPU อัตโนมัติ แก้ปัญหาได้แน่นอน
