ข้อควรระวัง: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. ค้นหา "troubleshooting" ใน Windows Search > Troubleshooting
  2. View all > Windows Update > ทำตามขั้นตอน > Restart

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวา Antivirus System Tray > Disable (15-30 นาที)
  2. ลองรัน Windows Update
  3. Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off > Turn off
  4. Restart ลองอัปเดตอีกครั้ง
  5. สำคัญ: เปิด Firewall กลับหลังเสร็จ

วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

  1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุดบริการ: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่มบริการใหม่: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: ทำ Clean Boot

วิธีที่ 5: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. CMD (Admin) พิมพ์: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  2. รอเสร็จ Restart > รัน CHKDSK > Restart

วิธีที่ 6: รัน DISM

  1. CMD (Admin) พิมพ์: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  2. หากไม่ได้ ลองคำสั่งออฟไลน์ (ต้องมีแหล่งซ่อมแซม Windows)
  3. Reboot

วิธีที่ 7: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

  1. ติดตั้ง CCleaner และ Malwarebytes
  2. Malwarebytes สแกนลบมัลแวร์
  3. CCleaner > Cleaner > Windows tab > Analyze > Run Cleaner
  4. Registry tab > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues > 備份 (Yes) > Fix All Selected Issues
  5. Restart
