แก้ไขปัญหา Windows 10 ไม่มีเสียง (No Sound): วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเสียงด่วน

แก้ปัญหา No Sound in Windows 10 PC: หนึ่งในปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดของ Windows 10 จนถึงตอนนี้คือปัญหา “No Sound” (ไม่มีเสียง) หากคุณเพิ่งติดตั้ง Windows 10 หรืออัปเดตเป็น Build ใหม่ คุณแทบจะแน่ใจว่าจะเจอปัญหา “No Sound in Windows 10” เพราะการอัปเกรดหรืออัปเดต สาเหตุหลักมักมาจาก Audio Drivers ที่ไม่เข้ากันได้หรือล้าสมัย

ยังมีสาเหตุอื่นๆ เช่น ไม่มี Audio Device ติดตั้ง, Audio Services ไม่ได้เริ่มทำงาน, ไอคอนลำโพงมีเครื่องหมาย X แดง, Audio Service Not Responding ฯลฯ มาเริ่มดูวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา No Sound in Windows 10 PC กันเลย

แก้ปัญหา No Sound in Windows 10 PC [SOLVED]

สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: ตั้งค่า Speakers เป็น Default Playback Device

  1. กด Windows Key + I เปิด Settings คลิก System icon
  2. จากเมนูซ้าย เลือก Sound คลิก “Device properties” ภายใต้ Output Device
  3. หมายเหตุ: ตรวจสอบว่า เลือก Output Device ที่ถูกต้อง เช่น Speakers (High Definition Audio)
  4. ไปแท็บ Advanced เปลี่ยน Default Sound Format เป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกต่อไป:
    • 24bit/44100 Hz
    • 24bit/192000Hz
  5. คลิก Apply แล้ว OK

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบว่าเสียงถูก Mute หรือไม่

  1. คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Volume บน Taskbar ใกล้ Notification Area เลือก Open Volume Mixer
  2. จาก Volume Mixer ตรวจสอบว่า ไม่มี Device หรือ Application ไหนถูกตั้งค่า Mute
  3. เพิ่ม Volume ขึ้นสุด แล้วปิด Volume Mixer
  4. ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหา No Sound in Windows 10 PC แก้ไขแล้วหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 3: Uninstall Audio Drivers

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter เปิด Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers คลิกที่ Sound Device แล้วเลือก Uninstall
  3. ยืนยันการ Uninstall โดยคลิก OK
  4. ในหน้าต่าง Device Manager ไปที่ Action คลิก Scan for hardware changes
  5. Restart เพื่อนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปใช้ และตรวจสอบว่าสามารถ แก้ไข No Sound in Windows 10 PC Issue ได้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 4: อัปเดต Audio Drivers

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ Devmgmt.msc กด Enter เปิด Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers คลิกขวาที่ Audio Device ของคุณ เลือก Enable (หาก Enable อยู่แล้ว ข้ามขั้นตอนนี้)
  3. หาก Audio Device Enable อยู่แล้ว ให้คลิกขวา เลือก Update Driver Software

  7. เลือก “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.”
  8. เลือกไดรเวอร์ล่าสุด จากรายการ คลิก Next
  9. รอเสร็จสิ้น แล้ว Restart คอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 5: รัน Audio Troubleshooter

  1. กด Windows Key + I เปิด Settings คลิก Update & Security
  2. จากเมนูซ้าย เลือก Troubleshoot
  3. ภายใต้ “Get up and running” คลิก “Playing Audio”
  4. คลิก Run the troubleshooter ทำตามคำแนะนำบนหน้าจอเพื่อ แก้ไข No Sound in Windows 10 PC

วิธีที่ 6: เริ่มบริการ Windows Audio Services

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter เปิดรายการ Services
  2. ค้นหาบริการต่อไปนี้: 
    Windows Audio
Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
Plug and Play
  3. ตรวจสอบว่า Startup Type เป็น Automatic และบริการกำลัง Running อยู่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอย่างไร ให้ Restart ทั้งหมดอีกครั้ง
  4. หาก Startup Type ไม่ใช่ Automatic ให้ดับเบิลคลิกบริการนั้น ใน Properties ตั้งค่าเป็น Automatic
  5. ตรวจสอบว่า บริการข้างต้นถูกติ๊กในหน้าต่าง msconfig
  6. หมายเหตุ: กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ msconfig กด Enter ไปแท็บ Services จะเห็นหน้าต่างดังภาพ
  7. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปใช้ และตรวจสอบว่าสามารถ แก้ไข No Sound in Windows 10 PC Issue ได้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 7: ปิด Audio Enhancements

  1. คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Speaker ใน Taskbar เลือก Sound
  2. จากแท็บ Playback คลิกขวาที่ Speakers เลือก Properties
  3. ไปแท็บ Enhancements ติ๊กถูก ‘Disable all enhancements.’
  4. คลิก Apply ตามด้วย OK แล้ว Restart คอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 8: ใช้ Add Legacy Hardware ติดตั้งไดรเวอร์รองรับ Sound Card เก่า

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ “devmgmt.msc” กด Enter เปิด Device Manager
  2. ใน Device Manager เลือก Sound, video and game controllers คลิก Action > Add legacy hardware
  3. ที่ Welcome to Add Hardware Wizard คลิก Next
  4. คลิก Next เลือก ‘Search for and install the hardware automatically (Recommended)’
  5. หาก Wizard ไม่พบฮาร์ดแวร์ใหม่ คลิก Next
  6. หน้าจอถัดไป จะเห็น รายการประเภทฮาร์ดแวร์
  7. เลื่อนลงจนเจอ Sound, video and game controllers Highlight แล้วคลิก Next
  8. เลือก Manufacturer และ Model ของ Sound Card แล้วคลิก Next
  9. คลิก Next ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ แล้วคลิก Finish เมื่อเสร็จ
  10. Reboot ระบบ และตรวจสอบอีกครั้งว่าสามารถ แก้ไข No Sound in Windows 10 PC Issue ได้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 9: ปิด Front Panel Jack Detection

หากคุณติดตั้ง Realtek Software ให้เปิด Realtek HD Audio Manager และติ๊กถูก “Disable front panel jack detection” ภายใต้ Connector Settings ในแผงด้านขวา ตอนนี้หูฟังและอุปกรณ์เสียงอื่นๆ จะทำงานได้โดยไม่มีปัญหา
