แก้ไข: Windows 10 Creators Update ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต

Windows 10 Creators Update มีปหลายหลายอย่างหลังปล่อยออกมา ระหว่างนั้นมีปัญหา Network และ Internet Connection มากมาย ผู้ใช้ Windows 10 จำนวนมากที่อัปเกรดเป็น Creators Update (หรือที่ระบบดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ) รายงานปัญหา Internet

หลักฐานบ่งชี้ว่า ปัญหา Internet Connection หลักที่ผู้ใช้ Creators Update เจอ คือ 1) คอมพิวเตอร์บอกว่าไม่ได้เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้ด้วย Apps ทุกตัว (ทั้ง Stock และ Third-party) 2) คอมพิวเตอร์บอกว่าไม่ได้เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต แตเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ด้วย Third-party Apps แต่ Stock Windows 10 Apps เช่น Store และ News เข้าอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้

โชคดีที่ หากคุณเจอปัญหา Network/Internet หลังอัปเกรดเป็น Creators Update มีอะไรทำได้เยอะมากเพื่อแก้ไขเอง วิธีแก้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด ดังนี้

วิธีที่ 1: ปิดหรือถอนโปรแกรมความปลอดภัยบุคคลที่สามทั้งหมด

Antivirus, Antimalware, Firewall ของบุคคลที่สามบางครั้งขัดกับความสามารถของ Windows 10 ในการติดต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ก่อให้เกิดปัญหา Connection หากปัญหามาจาก Security Program ให้ Disable (หรือดีกว่า Uninstall) โปรแกรมความปลอดภัยบุคคลที่สามทั้งหมด ทดสอบว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 2: ลองแก้ด้วยคำสั่ง Network Commands

ผู้ใช้ Creators Update หลายคนแก้ปัญหา Internet ได้โดย Reset Winsock Catalog และ TCP/IP Stack, Release และ Renew IP Address, Flush และ Reset DNS Client Resolver Cache โดยรัน Network Commands ที่เหมาะสม ขั้นตอน:

  1. Right-click ปุ่ม Start Menu หรือกด Windows Logo Key + X เปิด WinX Menu คลิก Windows PowerShell (Admin) เปิด PowerShell ด้วยสิทธิ์ Admin

  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ทีละคำสั่งใน Windows PowerShell กด Enter หลังแต่ละคำสั่ง รอคำสั่งก่อนเสร็จก่อนพิมพ์ถัดไป:
    netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
  3. แก้ไข: Windows 10 Creators Update ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต
  4. จบคำสั่งทั้งหมด ปิด Elevated PowerShell
  5. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ บูทเสร็จ ทดสอบ Internet Connection ว่าแก้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 3: Disable แล้ว Enable Network Connection

หลายกรณี แก้ Internet Connection บน Windows 10 ที่ติดตั้ง Creators Update ได้ง่ายแค่ Disable แล้ว Enable Active Network Connection ขั้นตอน:

  1. Right-click ไอคอน Network ใน Notification Area คลิก Open Network and Sharing Center

  2. คลิก Change adapter settings ในแผงซ้ายของ Network and Sharing Center

  3. หา Active Network Connection Right-click คลิก Disable ใน Context Menu
  4. รอ Network Connection ถูก Disable
  5. Disable เสร็จ Right-click อีกครั้ง คลิก Enable

  6. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหายังอยู่หรือไม่หลังบูท

วิธีที่ 4: Disable แล้ว Enable Network Adapter

  1. Right-click Start Menu หรือกด Windows Logo Key + X เปิด WinX Menu คลิก Device Manager
  2. ใน Device Manager Double-click Network Adapters ขยายส่วน
  3. หา Active Network Adapter ใต้ Network Adapters Right-click คลิก Disable

  4. ใน Popup คลิก Yes ยืนยัน
  5. Network Adapter Disabled เสร็จ รอ 1-2 นาที Right-click อีกครั้งใน Device Manager คลิก Enable
  6. ปิด Device Manager Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่ตอนบูท

วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดต Network Adapter Driver Software

  1. Right-click Start Menu หรือกด Windows Logo Key + X เปิด WinX Menu คลิก Device Manager
    แก้ไข: Windows 10 Creators Update ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต
  2. ใน Device Manager Double-click Network Adapters ขยาย
  3. หา Active Network Adapter ใต้ Network Adapters Right-click คลิก Update Driver Software…

  4. คลิก Search automatically for updated driver software รอ Windows ค้นหา
  5. หาก Windows หา Driver ใหม่เจอ จะดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ หากติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ ทดสอบ Internet ตอนบูท หาก Windows ไม่หา Driver ใหม่ ให้ไป Downloads Section ของเว็บ Manufacturer ของ Network Adapter ค้นหา Driver สำหรับ Adapter/OS Combo เพื่อแน่ใจว่าเป็น Driver ล่าสุด

วิธีที่ 6: Uninstall แล้ว Reinstall Network Adapter

  1. Right-click Start Menu หรือกด Windows Logo Key + X เปิด WinX Menu คลิก Device Manager
  2. ใน Device Manager Double-click Network Adapters ขยาย

  3. หา Active Network Adapter ใต้ Network Adapters Right-click คลิก Uninstall
  4. ติ๊ก Delete the driver software for this device คลิก OK
  5. รอ Network Adapter Uninstall เสร็จ
  6. Uninstall เสร็จ คลิก Action > Scan for hardware changes Windows จะ Detect และ Reinstall Network Adapter และ Drivers อัตโนมัติ
  7. รอ Reinstall เสร็จ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่ตอนบูท

วิธีที่ 7: รัน Windows Network Diagnostics Troubleshooter

  1. เปิด Start Menu
  2. คลิก Settings
  3. คลิก Network & Internet
    แก้ไข: Windows 10 Creators Update ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต
  4. คลิก Status ในแผงซ้าย
  5. ในแผงขวา ควรบอก No internet access ใต้ Network status หากเจอปัญหา Internet Post-Creators Update จะเห็นปุ่ม Troubleshoot ใต้ No internet access คลิก Troubleshoot จะเปิด Windows Network Diagnostics Troubleshooter
  6. รอ Windows Network Diagnostics Troubleshooter ทำงาน
  7. จบแล้ว Troubleshooter จะบอก Issue ที่พบและแก้ไขอย่างไร อ่านรายงาน ปิด และตรวจสอบว่าปัญหา Internet แก้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 8: ใช้ Network Reset Feature ของ Windows 10

Windows 10 Anniversary Update เพิ่ม Feature Network Reset ใน Settings ให้ Reset Network เพื่อแก้ Connectivity Problems Network Reset อาจเป็นคำตอบสำหรับปัญหา Internet Post-Creators Update วิธีใช้:

  1. เปิด Start Menu
  2. คลิก Settings
  3. คลิก Network & Internet
    แก้ไข: Windows 10 Creators Update ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต
  4. แผงซ้าย คลิก Status
  5. แผงขวา เลื่อนลงสุด หา Network reset คลิก
  6. คลิก Reset now ในหน้าต่างที่โผล่
  7. ถ้าถามยืนยัน คลิก Yes
  8. Feature จะ Remove แล้ว Reinstall Network Adapters ทั้งหมด และ Reset Networking Components ทั้งหมดเป็น Original Settings/Default Values และ Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ท้ายที่สุด รอจบการทำงาน

ตอน Network Reset ทำงานเสร็จและคอมพิวเตอร์บูท ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหา Internet แก้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 9: Rollback กลับไป Build Windows 10 ก่อนหน้า

หากทุกวิธีล้มเหลว อย่ากลัว สามารถลบ Creators Update และปัญหาทั้งหมดด้วยการ Rollback ไป Build Windows 10 ก่อนหน้า ได้หากยังไม่เกิน 30 วันนับจากติดตั้ง Creators Update หากเกิน 30 วัน ระบบลบ Installation Files สำหรับ Rollback แล้ว ต้อง Clean Install Windows 10 Build เก่าจากศูนย์เพื่อ Downgrade จาก Creators Update วิธี Rollback:

  1. ที่ Login Screen HOLD SHIFT คลิก Power Icon มุมขวาล่าง ขณะยัง Hold SHIFT เลือก Restart
  2. ระบบบูทเข้า Advanced Mode เลือก Troubleshoot แล้ว Advanced Options จาก Advanced Options เลือก Go back to the previous build
  3. ไม่กี่วินาที จะถามเลือก User Account คลิก Account ใส่ Password คลิก Continue เลือก Go Back to the Previous Build อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 10: ปิด Power Saving

บางกรณี หาก Adapter ตั้งค่าให้ Save Power เมื่อ Idle อาจ Disable ระหว่างใช้งานปกติ ขั้นตอนนี้จะปิด Power Saving ของ Adapter Driver แล้วทดสอบ

  1. กด Windows + R เปิด Run Prompt
  2. พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter เปิด Device Manager

  3. Expand Network Adapters Right-click Adapter Driver ที่ใช้อยู่
  4. Select Properties เลือกแท็บ Power Management ในหน้าต่างใหม่
  5. Uncheck "Allow the Computer to Turn Off this Device"

  6. คลิก Apply แล้ว OK
  7. ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่
