AirPods ควรสลับอัตโนมัติระหว่าง iPhone, iPad, Mac แต่บางครั้งไม่ทำงาน ลองแก้ตามนี้
1. ตรวจสอบรุ่น AirPods
ฟีเจอร์ Auto Switch รองรับ AirPods รุ่นที่ 2 (Gen 2) ขึ้นไป ตรวจสอบ Model Number:
- Settings ▸ Bluetooth ▸ กด i ข้าง AirPods
- Model A1523 หรือ A1722 = Gen 1 (ไม่รองรับ)
- Model A2031 ขึ้นไป = Gen 2+ (รองรับ)

2. อัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ทุกอุปกรณ์
ต้องใช้ iOS 14, iPadOS 14, macOS 11 (Big Sur) หรือใหม่กว่า
- iPhone/iPad: Settings ▸ General ▸ Software Update
- Mac: Apple Menu ▸ About This Mac ▸ Software Update
3. ล็อกอิน Apple ID เดียวกันทุกอุปกรณ์
Auto Switch ต้องการ Apple ID เดียวกัน
- iPhone/iPad: Settings ▸ Profile ▸ Sign Out ▸ Sign In ด้วย Apple ID เดียวกัน
- Mac: Apple Menu ▸ System Preferences ▸ Apple ID ▸ Overview ▸ Sign Out ▸ Sign In ใหม่
4. เปิดใช้งาน Automatic Audio Switching
ค่าเริ่มต้นปิดอยู่ ต้องเปิดบนทุกอุปกรณ์
iPhone/iPad:
- เชื่อม AirPods ▸ Settings ▸ Bluetooth ▸ กด i ▸ Connect to This iPhone ▸ เลือก Automatically
Mac:
- เชื่อม AirPods ▸ Apple Menu ▸ System Preferences ▸ Bluetooth ▸ Options ข้าง AirPods ▸ Connect to This Mac ▸ Automatically ▸ Done
5. รีเซ็ต AirPods
หากยังไม่ได้ ให้รีเซ็ต AirPods
- ใส่ AirPods ในเคส ▸ เปิดฝา
- กดค้างปุ่ม Setup หลังเคส ≥ 15 วินาที จนไฟสีส้ม (Amber)
- ปล่อย ▸ จับคู่ใหม่กับ iPhone/iPad/Mac
