Err_Connection_Restart หมายถึงอะไร?
Chrome ไม่สามารถสร้างการเชื่อมต่อ หรือเชื่อมต่อไม่เสถียร คอมพิวเตอร์ประมวลผลการเชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ -> error นี้
Clear Cache ใน Chrome
Cache สะสม: site data, images, pages -> เร็วขึ้นตอนเปิดครั้งต่อไป แต่อาจใหญ่เกิน/ข้อมูลขัดแย้ง -> error
- Chrome -> สามจุด -> More tools -> Clear browsing data
- Time range: "All time" -> ถูก "Cookies and other site data" และ "Cached images and files" -> Clear data
ปัญหาการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต
เช็คว่าเข้าเว็บอื่นได้ไหม หรือเว็บนั้นอย่างเดียว -> เว็บนั้นอาจมีปัญหา Wi-Fi: ประตู/กำแพง/ความถี่วิทยุ รบกวนสัญญาน
ใช้ VPN -> อาจเป็นสาเหตุ เน็ตไม่เสถียร (VPN ขึ้นลงตลอด) -> ลองเปลี่ยน server (เลือก server ที่ % ต่ำ เช่น NordVPN)
กำจัด Proxy ของคอมพิวเตอร์
Win + R -> inetcpl.cpl -> Enter -> Internet Properties -> Connections tab -> LAN settings
Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN" Check "Automatically detect settings"
เช็ค Antivirus Settings
Antivirus บล็อกเว็บที่ไม่ใช่ภัยคาบ้าง -> Whitelist Chrome ใน antivirus
ไม่มี antivirus ใช้ Windows Defender: Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Security -> Firewall & network protection -> "Allow an app through firewall" -> เช็ค Chrome
ปิด AppEx Networks Accelerator
ชื่อดูเร็ว แต่จริงๆ ช้า เน็ต Settings -> Network & Internet -> Ethernet -> Change adapter options -> ปิด AppEx
ใช้ Chrome Cleanup Tool
พิมพ์ chrome://settings/cleanup -> กด Find (สีฟ้า) เริ่มสแกน
Reset TCP/IP
Run Command Prompt as Administrator (search "command prompt" -> Run as administrator)
พิมพ์คำสั่ง:
netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns
