4 วิธีแก้ไข
- Update Outlook: File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now > Restart
- Repair Exchange Account: File > Account Settings > Account Settings > เลือก Account > Repair > รอเสร็จ > Restart > Send/Receive > Work Offline (ถ้ามี) > คลิก Work Offline อีกครั้งเพื่อเชื่อมต่อ
- สร้าง Outlook Profile ใหม่: Control Panel > Large Icons > Mail > Show Profiles > Add > ตั้งชื่อ > ใส่ Name, Email, Password > Next > เลือก Always use this profile > Apply > OK > เปิด Outlook ใหม่
- ย้าย Mailbox ไป Database อื่น (Advanced): ต้องมี ADSI Edit (RSAT - Windows Pro/Enterprise) > Run: ADSIEDIT.MSC > Configuration > CN=Services > CN=Microsoft Exchange > CN=Org > CN=Administrative Groups > CN=Exchange Administrative Group > CN=Databases > เลือก Database > Properties > MSEXCHHomePublicMDB > Edit > Clear > OK
Outlook Crashing บ่อย?
- เปิด Safe Mode (Ctrl+คลิกเปิด) - Add-ins ปิดทั้งหมด
- ถ้า Safe Mode ใช้ได้ = Add-in ชน > ปิด Add-in ตัวผู้ต้องสงสัย
- ไม่ได้ = Repair Profile / Reinstall
