ลอง Workaround เหล่านี้ครับ

1. รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
2. ล้าง Windows Store Cache
3. รัน System File Checker
4. เปลี่ยน Display Scale
5. Reset Windows Store
6. ติดตั้ง Roblox ใหม่

รายละเอียด:

1. รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

ทำอย่างแรกเมื่อเจอเมาส์หลุดหน้าจอ:

Windows 11

1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Windows > Settings
2. System (ซ้าย) > Troubleshoot
3. Other troubleshooters > หา Windows Store apps > กด Run

รอตรวจสอบ/แก้ไขเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท เปิด Roblox ทดสอบ

Windows 10

1. Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
2. Additional Troubleshooters > Windows Store apps > Run

รอ Troubleshooter แก้ไขเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ

2. ล้าง Windows Store Cache

Cache มากเกินไปก่อให้เกิดปัญหา ล้างด้วย:

1. CMD (Admin) > พิมพ์ WSReset.exe > Enter
2. หรือค้นหา wsreset.exe ใน Start > Run as administrator

CMD จะรันคำสั่ง แล้ว Windows Store จะเปิดอัตโนมัติ (หมายถึง Cache ถูกล้าง) เปิด Roblox ทดสอบ

3. รัน System File Checker

Windows มี SFC แก้ไฟล์ระบบเสีย:

1. Win > ค้น Command Prompt > Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์

   sfc /scannow

   > Enter

รอประมาณ 10 นาที รีบูทเครื่อง

4. เปลี่ยน Display Scale

เมาส์หลุดหน้าจออาจเพราะ Scaling สูงกว่าที่แนะนำ (Default 100% ขึ้นอยู่กับ Resolution) ตั้งกลับค่าแนะนำ:

1. Settings > System > Display
2. ดรอปดาวน์ Scale > เลือก Recommended

5. Reset Windows Store

รีสตาร์ท เปิด Roblox ทดสอบ

6. ติดตั้ง Roblox ใหม่

หาข้างต้นไม่ได้ ให้ Uninstall แล้ว Install Roblox ใหม่ (อาจเป็น Bug ชั่วคราว)
