แก้ "Undoing Changes Made to Your Computer" บน Windows 10: 8 วิธีแก้ไขลูปอัปเดต

ข้อความ "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes..." หมายถึงอะไร?

Windows Update ติดตั้งล้มเหลว ระบบพยายาม Rollback (ย้อนกลับ) การเปลี่ยนแตกต่าง แต่ค้างอยู่ที่หน้าจอนี้ นำไปสู่ Boot Loop (รีสตาร์ทวนลูป) สาเหตุ: Update เสียหาย, ไดรเวอร์ขัดแย้ง, พื้นที่ดิสก์ไม่พอ, ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย, บริการ Windows Update ผิดปกติ

8 วิธีแก้ไข Undoing Changes Loop

1. บูตเข้ Safe Mode

  1. บังคับปิด/เปิดเครื่อง 2-3 ครั้ง จนได้ Automatic Repair
  2. Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > กด 4 (Safe Mode) หรือ 5 (Safe Mode with Networking)

2. ลบ Windows Update ล่าสุดที่ทำให้ปัญหา

ใน Safe Mode: Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history > Uninstall updates > ลบ Quality/Feature Update ล่าสุด > Restart

3. รัน DISM ซ่อม Windows Image

  1. Command Prompt (Admin) ใน Safe Mode หรือ Recovery
  2. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  3. หากมี USB Installer: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:D:\Sources\Install.wim /LimitAccess

4. รัน SFC /scannow

Command Prompt (Admin) > sfc /scannow > Restart

5. ใช้ Windows Update Troubleshooter

Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional > Windows Update > Run

6. บล็อก Windows Update ชั่วคราวด้วย Metered Connection

  1. Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi/Ethernet > Manage known networks / Properties
  2. เปิด Set as metered connection = On
  3. Windows จะไม่ดาวน์โหลด Update อัตโนมัติ (ยกเว้น Critical Security)
  4. เมื่อ Microsoft แก้บั๊กแล้ว > ปิด Metered Connection คืน

7. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution (Reset Update Components ลึก)

  1. Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันทีละบรรทัด: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
net start wuauserv
net start bits
  3. Restart > ลอง Update ใหม่ (จะสร้างโฟลเดอร์ใหม่สะอาด)

8. เปิดใช้งาน App Readiness Service

  1. Win+R > services.msc
  2. หา App Readiness > คลิกขวา > Properties > Startup type: Automatic > Start > OK
  3. Restart

เคล็ดลับ: รวมวิธี 1 (Safe Mode) + 2 (Uninstall Update) + 3 (DISM) + 4 (SFC) จะแก้ได้ส่วนใหญ่ หากยังไม่ได้ ใช้ Media Creation Tool In-place Upgrade (เก็บไฟล์/แอพ) หรือ Reset Windows
