แก้ไข Error 0x80072f8f Microsoft Store บน Windows 10/11

ผู้ใช้ Windows 10/11 รายงานเจอ Error 0x80072f8f เมื่อติดตั้งแอป/เกมบน Microsoft Store สาเหตุหลัก:

• Date/Time ผิด - แบตเตอรี่ CMOS หมด หรือเวลา Out of sync ทำให้ Windows Update หยุดทำงาน
• DLL Files เสียหาย - จาก Spyware/Virus ทำให้ Store Apps เสียหาย
• ไฟล์ Misconfigured - ทำให้ Store Apps Error และหยุด Windows Activation

1. ตรวจสอบ Date และ Time

เวลาต้องตรงกับประเทศ/ภูมิภาค Error มักเกิดจาก Date/Time ผิด ทำให้ Verification Product Key และ Online Activation ล้มเหลว:

1. Start > Settings > Time & language (ซ้าย)
2. เลือก Date & time ตั้งค่าให้ถูกต้อง
3. ปิด Settings > Reboot

2. อัปเดต Windows

Store Error บางครั้งมาจาก Windows เก่า:

1. Settings (Windows + X) > Windows updates
2. Check Updates > Install now

3. ใช้ Windows Troubleshooters

1. Settings > System (ซ้าย) > เลื่อนลง Troubleshoot
2. คลิก Other troubleshooters
3. หา Windows Store Apps > Run รอ診断

4. Reset Store ด้วย wsreset

1. คลิกไอคอน Magnifying glass (Search)
2. พิมพ์ wsreset > คลิกซ้ายเปิด
3. จะ Reset Store ให้อัตโนมัติ

5. Repair/Reset Microsoft Store Apps

1. Start > พิมพ์ settings > เลือก Apps (ซ้าย) > Apps & features (ขวา)
2. ค้นหา Microsoft Store > คลิก 3 จุด > Advanced options
3. เลื่อนลง หา Repair และ Reset
4. ลอง Repair ก่อน (ไม่หายข้อมูล) หายไม่ได้ค่อย Reset (ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด)
5. เปิด Store ใหม่ ทดสอบ

6. ซ่อม Windows ด้วย Command Prompt (SFC + DISM)

1. ค้นหา Command Prompt > Run as Administrator
2. รันคำสั่งตามลำดับ:

   sfc /scannow
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Checkhealth
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

3. Enter รอสแกน (นานพอสมควร) > ปิด > Restart

7. Reinstall Windows Store ด้วย PowerShell

1. Start > ค้นหา PowerShell > Run as Administrator > Yes
2. รันคำสั่ง:

   Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

3. Enter > Restart

ลองทุกวิธีข้างต้น หนึ่งในนั้นคงแก้ปัญหาได้ หลังแก้แล้วจะเปิด Microsoft Store และติดตั้งแอป/เกมได้ปกติ
