แก้ "android.process.media หยุดทำงาน" บน Android: 8 วิธีที่มีผล

Android เป็น OS ยอดนิยมแต่ก็มีข้อผิดพลาดบ้าง หนึ่งในนั้นคือ "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped" ซึ่งมักเกิดจากปัญหา Media Storage, Download Manager, Google Services Framework, Google Play Store, Sync, Firmware หรือ Custom ROM บทความนี้มี 8 วิธีแก้ไขเรียงจากง่ายไปยาก

วิธีแก้ Android.Process.Media Has Stopped Error

วิธีที่ 1: ล้าง Cache และ Data ของ Google Services Framework และ Google Play Store

Google Services Framework: Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Google Services Framework → Clear data + Clear cache

Google Play Store: Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Google Play Store → Clear data + Clear cache

กลับไป Force Stop Google Services Framework → Clear cache อีกครั้ง → Restart โทรศัพท์

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด/ล้าง Cache Media Storage และ Download Manager

  1. Settings → Apps → Installed apps → เมนู 3 จุด → Show all apps
  2. ค้นหา Media Storage และ Download Manager
  3. แต่ละตัว: Force Stop → Clear data + Clear cache

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Google Sync

  1. Settings → Accounts → Sync → Google
  2. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Sync ทุกอย่าง
  3. ปิดเครื่อง → เปิดใหม่ → ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาหายไหม

วิธีที่ 4: เปิด Sync ใหม่

  1. Settings → Apps → เปิดใช้งาน: Google Play Store, Google Services Framework, Media Storage, Download Manager
  2. Settings → Accounts → Sync → Google → เปิด Sync ทุกอย่าง
  3. Restart โทรศัพท์

วิธีที่ 5: Reset App Preferences

  1. Settings → Apps → Installed apps → เมนู 3 จุด → Reset app preferences → Reset apps

วิธีที่ 6: ล้าง Contacts และ Contacts Storage (ระวัง: จะลบรายชื่อโทรศัพท์)

สำรองข้อมูลติดต่อก่อน!

  1. Settings → Apps → Show all apps → ค้นหา Contacts Storage → Clear data + Clear cache
  2. ทำซ้ำกับ Contacts and dialer

วิธีที่ 7: อัปเดต Firmware

  1. เชื่อม Wi-Fi คงที่
  2. Settings → About phone → System update / Software update → Check for updates → Download → Install

วิธีที่ 8: Factory Reset (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)

หากทุกวิธีไม่ได้ ให้ สำรองข้อมูลสำคัญทั้งหมด แล้ว Factory Reset (Settings → System → Reset options → Erase all data) จะแก้ปัญหาแน่นอนแต่ข้อมูลจะหายหมด
