รัน Network and Internet Troubleshooter ก่อน: Start > Troubleshooting > Network and Internet
วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยน WiFi Network Adapter Properties
- Win + R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl OK
- เลือก Wi-Fi Connection > คลิกขวา > Properties
- ใน "This connection uses the following items:" ติ๊กให้ครบ:

วิธีที่ 2: Reset การเชื่อมต่อ Internet
- คลิกไอคอน Network ใน Notification area
- คลิก Wi-Fi ที่เชื่อมต่อ > Forget
- ถอดสาย LAN ทั้งหมด
- เปิด Airplane Mode
- Restart Wi-Fi Router
- Router บูทเสร็จ > ปิด Airplane Mode
- เชื่อม Wi-Fi ใหม่ > รอสักครู่
วิธีที่ 3: อัปเดต Network Adapter Driver
- Win + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc Enter
- ขยาย Network adapters > คลิกขวา Adapter > Update Driver Software > Search automatically
- ถ้าหาเจอ จะติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ ทดสอบ ถ้าไม่เจอ ไปเว็บผู้ผลิตโหลด Manual
วิธีที่ 4: เปลี่ยน IP Configuration
ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่จาก IP Config ผิด แก้ได้โดย:
- คลิกขวา Network icon > Open Network and Sharing Center
- Change adapter settings (ซ้าย)
- คลิกขวา Wireless Network > Properties
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > OK
- ปิดหน้าต่าง > Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
วิธีที่ 5: Uninstall และ Reinstall Network Adapter
- Win + X > Device Manager > Network adapters
- คลิกขวา Wireless Adapter > Uninstall > ติ๊ก Delete driver software > OK
- รอ Uninstall เสร็จ > Action > Scan for hardware changes (Windows ติดตั้งใหม่เอง)
- Restart > ทดสอบ
