แก้ไข: Windows 10 ไม่มีเสียง (No Sound)

เสียงหายไปหรือขาดขบ บ่อยหลังอัปเดต Windows 10 (Build 15007 ขึ้นไป) อาจทำ CPU สูง และ Edge ครัชด้วย สาเหตุ: บั๊กของ Windows Spectrum Program ลบ/ปิด Spectrum มักแก้ได้ Microsoft ยอมรับเป็น Known Bug กำลังแก้ใน Build ใหม่

วิธีที่ 1: แก้เสียงจาก CMD

  1. Search cmd > เปิด Command Prompt
  2. Copy-Paste: Rmdir /s %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Spectrum\PersistedSpatialAnchorsShutdown
  3. กด Y ยืนยันลบ
  4. พิมพ์ Exit > Restart

วิธีที่ 2: ลบโฟลเดอร์ Spectrum

  1. Win + E > View > ติ๊ก Hidden Items (ProgramData ซ่อนอยู่)
  2. Address bar พิมพ์: c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Spectrum Enter
  3. คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ PersistedSpatialAnchors > Delete > OK

Restart เสียงควรกลับมา Note: ถ้าบอกไฟล์ đangใช้งาน Restart แล้วลองใหม่ ถ้ายังลบไม่ได้ ไปวิธีที่ 3

วิธีที่ 3: หยุด Spectrum Service

ถ้าลบไม่ได้เพราะกำลังใช้งาน ให้หยุด Service ก่อน:

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter
  2. หา Spectrum Service > Double-click
  3. Startup: Disabled > กด Stop > OK

หรือ: Win + R taskmgr > หา Spectrum.exe > คลิกขวา > End Task

แล้วค่อยลบโฟลเดอร์ Spectrum ตามวิธีที่ 2

หมายเหตุ: ถ้าใช้ Audio ผ่าน USB/HDMI ต้องตั้งเป็น Default Device: คลิกขวา Sound Icon > Playback Devices > เลือก Device > Set Default

วิธีที่ 4: ลอง Audio Format ต่างๆ

บางครั้ง Audio Format เปลี่ยนไปโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ให้ลอง Format ต่างๆ จนเสียงทำงาน

  1. คลิกขวา Sound Icon (Taskbar) > Playback devices
  2. เลือก Audio Device (Default มีเครื่องหมายถูกสีเขียว) > Properties
  3. Advanced tab > Default Format dropdown > เลือก Format (แนะนำ 16 bit, 44100 Hz)
  4. Apply > OK > ทดสอบ

ลอง Format ทีละอันจนเสียงออก

วิธีที่ 5: Disable/Enable Device

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ mmsys.cpl Enter
  2. เลือก Default Device (เครื่องหมายถูกเขียว) > Properties
  3. General tab > Device usage: Don't use this device (disable) > Apply > OK
  4. Apply > OK อีกครั้ง
  5. ทำซ้ำขั้นตอน 1-8 แต่ขั้นที่ 6 เลือก Use this device (enable)

วิธีที่ 6: Disable Enhancements (Microsoft แนะนำ)

  1. คลิกขวา Sound Icon > Playback devices
  2. เลือก Default Device > Properties > Enhancements tab
  3. ติ๊ก Disable all enhancements > Apply > OK
  4. ทดสอบ ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ลอง Device อื่นใน Playback Devices (ถ้ามี) Disable Enhancements ทีละตัว

วิธีที่ 7: High Definition Audio Device Driver

Reinstall Driver เลือก High Definition Audio Device (แทน IDT High Definition Audio CODEC ที่มักก่อให้ปัญหาหลัง Windows Update)

  1. Win + R devmgmt.msc Enter
  2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers
  3. คลิกขวา IDT High Definition Audio CODEC > Update Driver Software
  4. Browse my computer > Let me pick from a list
  5. ติ๊ก Show compatible hardware > เลือก High Definition Audio Device > Next
  6. Ignore warnings ติดตามหน้าจอ

วิธีที่ 8: Update Drivers (Auto/Manual)

Auto:

  1. Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers
  2. คลิกขวา Audio Device > Uninstall > Reboot (Windows ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่เอง)
  3. หรือ Update Driver > Search automatically

Manual:

  1. ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต
  2. Device Manager > Update Driver > Browse my computer > เลือกไฟล์ที่โหลด > Next
  3. Reboot หลังติดตั้ง

วิธีที่ 9: Windows Troubleshooter

ดาวน์โหลด Troubleshooter จาก Microsoft รัน ตามหน้าจอ

หรือ: คลิกขวา Sound Icon Taskbar > Troubleshoot sound problems (ตรวจจับ/แก้ไขอัตโนมัติ)
