วิธีเปิดและใช้งาน

1. Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update
2. กด Check for updates

หยุดการอัปเดตชั่วคราว (Pause)

แก้ไขไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหาย

SFC (System File Checker)

1. ค้นหา cmd → Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์: sfc /scannow → Enter
3. รอจนเห็น "Verification 100% complete"
4. พิมพ์ exit → Restart → ลองอัปเดตใหม่

DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management)

1. เปิด cmd as Admin
2. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth → Enter
3. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth → Enter
4. รอเสร็จ → Restart → ลองอัปเดตใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: รีเซ็ต Windows Update Service

1. เปิด cmd as Admin

8. เริ่มบริการใหม่:

   net start bits
   net start wuauserv
   net start appidsvc
   net start cryptsvc

9. Restart → ลองอัปเดตใหม่

วิธี Automatic: ใช้ Reset Windows Update Agent

1. ดาวน์โหลดจาก TheWindowsClub (ค้นหา "Reset Windows Update Agent")
2. แตกไฟล์ → รัน ResetWUENG.exe as Admin
3. กด Yes → ตามขั้นตอน → Restart

วิธีที่ 4: Clean Install (ติดตั้งใหม่ทั้งระบบ)

⚠️ ต้อง Backup ข้อมูลก่อน!

1. Backup ไป OneDrive: Settings → Update & Security → Backup → Back up files to OneDrive
2. ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ว่าง ≥ 4 GB และเก็บ Product Key ไว้
3. ดาวน์โหลด Windows Media Creation Tool
4. Run as Admin → Accept License → Upgrade this PC now → ตามขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 5: ดาวน์โหลดอัปเดตด้วยตนเองจาก Microsoft Update Catalog

1. Win + I → Update & Security → บันทึก Identification code (KBxxxxxx) ของอัปเดตที่ล้มเหลว
2. ไป Microsoft Update Catalog
3. ค้นหา KB number → Download → Install → Restart

วิธีที่ 6: ลบไฟล์ขยะ/ไฟล์ไม่จำเป็น

ผ่าน Recycle Bin

1. ค้นหา "Recycle Bin" → เปิด → Tab Recycle Bin Tools → Empty Recycle Bin

ผ่าน Disk Cleanup

1. ค้นหา "Disk Cleanup" → เลือก Drive C: → OK
2. กด Clean up system files → เลือก Drive C: อีกครั้ง → OK
3. ติ๊กทุกอย่างที่ต้องการลบ → OK → Delete Files

Uninstall แอปที่ไม่ใช้

1. Settings → Apps → Apps & features
2. Sort by: Size → Uninstall แอปใหญ่ที่ไม่จำเป็น

วิธีที่ 7: สแกนไวรัส/มัลแวร์แบบเต็มรูปแบบ

1. Double-click ไอคอนโล่ (Shield) ใน System Tray
2. Virus & threat protection → Scan options
3. เลือก Full scan → Scan now
4. รอเสร็จ → กำจัดภัยคุกคาม → Restart → ลองอัปเดต

หรือใช้ Antivirus ภายนอก (Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, etc.)

วิธีที่ 8: ถอดอุปกรณ์ภายนอกทั้งหมด

Printer, Headset, Monitor รอง, Docking Station — ถอดทั้งหมด → ลองอัปเดต → ถ้าสำเร็จ ต่อทีละตัวเพื่อหาตัวทำให้ผิดพลาด

หากเป็นปัญหา Driver → ใช้ Driver Updater tool หรือดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต

วิธีที่ 9: ปิดโปรแกรม Startup ที่ไม่จำเป็น

1. Win + R → พิมพ์ msconfig → Enter
2. Tab General → Selective startup → ยกเลิก Load startup items
3. Tab Services → ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services → Disable all
4. OK → Restart → ลองอัปเดต

วิธีที่ 10: ปิดการเชื่อมต่อ VPN

1. Settings → Network & Internet → VPN
2. เลือก VPN ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ → Disconnect
3. ลองอัปเดตใหม่

วิธีที่ 11: ขอความช่วยเหลือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

• ไป Microsoft Support
• นำเครื่องไป Service Center ที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
