แก้ Windows 10 Creators Update ค้างติดระหว่างติดตั้ง - คู่มือแก้ไขครบวงจร

Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703) บางครั้งค้างที่ 40%, 90% หรือ 99% ลองติดตั้งซ้ำก็ยังค้างเดิม ลองทำตามวิธีต่อไปนี้ตามลำดับครับ

8 วิธีแก้ Creators Update ค้างติด

1. ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus ใน System Tray > Disable (เลือกเวลาน้อยที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
  2. กด Win + I > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off > ปิดทั้ง Private/Public > Restart

2. รีสตาร์ท Windows Update Services

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc
  2. หา Services 4 ตัว: Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS), Cryptographic Services, Windows Update, Windows Installer
  3. แต่ละตัว: คลิกขวา > Properties > Startup type = Automatic > หยุดอยู่ให้ Start
  4. คลิกขวา Windows Update > Restart
  5. Apply/OK > Reboot

3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

  1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุด Services: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่ม Services กลับ: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. Reboot

4. ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ว่าง (ต้องมีอย่างน้อย 20 GB)

ข้อกำหนดขั้นต่ำ: CPU 1 GHz, RAM 1 GB (32-bit) / 2 GB (64-bit), Disk 16 GB (32-bit) / 20 GB (64-bit), GPU DirectX 9+

5. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. ค้นหา "troubleshooting" ใน Start > เลือก Troubleshooting
  2. ซ้าย: View all > เลือก Windows Update
  3. ทำตามหน้าจอ > Restart

6. ปิด Fast Startup

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ powercfg.cpl
  2. Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable
  3. ยกเลิก Turn on fast startup > Save changes > Restart
  4. หรือใช้คำสั่ง: powercfg -h off (ปิด Hibernation ด้วย)

7. ใช้ DISM Tool ซ่อม Image

  1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันทีละคำสั่ง: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. หากล้มเหลว ใช้ Source จาก Installation Media: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:D:\Sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
    (เปลี่ยน D: เป็นไดรฟ์ Installation Media)

8. ติดตั้งด้วย Media Creation Tool

  1. ดาวน์โหลด Media Creation Tool จาก Microsoft
  2. รัน > Upgrade this PC now > Accept license
  3. เลือก Keep personal files and apps
  4. รอติดตั้งเสร็จ (รีสตาร์ทหลายรอบ)

วิธีสุดท้ายนี้แก้ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ หากยังไม่ได้ โปรดตรวจสอบ Hardware compatibility หรือ Clean Install ครับ
