แก้ Windows Error 0x800700c1: คู่มือทีละขั้นตอน

ติดตั้ง Windows Updates สำคัญมากต่อความปลอดภัยและความเสถียร แต่การติดตั้งบางครั้งท้าทาย เพราะ Error ต่างๆ รหัสหนึ่งที่โดดเด่นคือ Windows Update Download Error – 0x800700c1

Windows Update Error 0x800700c1 คืออะไร?

รหัส 0x800700c1 เป็นปัญหา Windows Update สาเหตุหลัก:

  • ปัญหา Internet Connection
  • Data Corrupted

Method #2: เปลี่ยนชื่อ Software Distribution Folder

โฟลเดอร์ Software Distribution มีบนทุก Windows เก็บ Temp Files สำหรับ Install Updates + Update History หากเสียหาย = Error

Rename โฟลเดอร์นี้ช่วยได้ ต้องหยุด Services ก่อน:

  1. CMD (Admin): Search cmd → Right-click Top → Run as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์ทีละคำสั่ง:
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop bits
  3. File Explorer → C:\Windows → หา SoftwareDistribution → Rename (เช่น SoftwareDistribution.old)
    หรือ CMD: ren c:\windows\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.old
  4. Restart PC → เช็ค Error 0x800700c1

Method #3: ติดตั้ง Update ด้วย Media Creation Tool

Microsoft มี Windows 10/11 Media Creation Tool ฟรี ใช้ง่าย สร้าง Installation Media Upgrade OS หรือ USB Clean Install

  1. โหลด Media Creation Tool จาก Microsoft (ขนาดเล็ก ไม่ต้อง Install)
  2. รัน Tool → Create installation media → Accept License → Next
  3. เลือก USB Flash Drive → เลือก Flash Drive → Next → Finish
  4. มี Bootable Drive แล้ว → ต่อที่ PC → เปิด Tool → Upgrade This PC Now → Tool ทำงานต่อ

Method #4: ตรวจสอบ Required Services ว่าทำงานอยู่

Services ที่จำเป็นอาจ Disabled/Corrupt → Restart ให้ทำงาน:

  • Cryptographic Services
  • Background Intelligent Transfer Services (BITS)
  • Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Services
  • Windows Update
  • Windows Update Medic Services
  1. Win + R → services.msc → Enter (หาไม่เจอ ใช้ Task Manager หรือ Cortana Search)
  2. หา Services ใน List → Right-click แต่ละตัว → Restart (หรือ Stop → Start)
  3. Startup Type = Manual → Double-click → Automatic (Delayed)
  4. Restart PC → เช็ค Services ทำงานทั้งหมด

Method #5: อัปเดต Drivers ด้วยตนเอง

Windows 10/11 โหลด Drivers ใหม่ Auto แต่ Error 0x800700c1 บล็อก → โหลด Manual จากเว็บ Manufacturer

  1. Start → Control Panel (Cortana Search)
  2. System and Security → System
  3. Advanced System Settings → System Properties
  4. หา Hardware Driver → Device Installation Setting → Related Options → Save

Method #6: ใช้ System File Checker (SFC)

คิดว่า System Files เสีย → SFC ช่วยแก้ 0x800700c1

  1. Win + R → cmd → OK
  2. sfc /scannow → Enter
  3. รอสแกน → พบ Integrity Issues → Auto-fix

Method #7: ปิด Firewall ชั่วคราว

Virus ทำลาย System Processes/Services ทำให้ Update Files เสีย/หาย → ตรวจสอบระบบ Clean

ใช้ Windows Defender (Built-in Windows 10/11) หรือ Third-party Anti-malware

Method #9: ลบ Junk Files

Junk Files รบกวน System Processes/Services เช่นเดียวกับ Malware → ลบเป็นประจำ

ใช้ PC Repair Tool ลบ Unwanted Files คลิกไม่กี่ครั้ง → PC เร็ว/ราบรื่นเหมือนใหม่

สรุป
