สาเหตุของข้อผิดพลาดนี้

เกิดจาก การตั้งค่าเครือข่ายผิดพลาด หรือการตั้งค่าเปลี่ยนไป เช่น Proxy เปิดอยู่/ตั้งค่าผิดในเบราว์เซอร์ หรือไวรัส/มัลแวร์เปลี่ยน LAN settings แต่ไม่ต้องกังวล มีวิธีแก้ไขง่ายๆ ด้านล่าง

วิธีแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection"

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Proxy

ปัญหามาจากการตั้งค่า Proxy ใน Internet Explorer ที่เปลี่ยนไป ขั้นตอนนี้แก้ได้ทั้ง IE และ Chrome:

  1. เปิด Internet Explorer จาก Windows Search
    2. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  2. คลิกไอคอน เกียร์ มุมขวาบน > Internet options
    3. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  3. แท็บ Connections > LAN Settings
    4. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  4. ยกเลิกเครื่องหมาย Use a proxy server for your LAN

  5. ในส่วน Automatic configuration ติ๊ก Automatically detect settings
    6. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  6. คลิก OK บันทึก

ทำได้เหมือนกันใน Chrome: Settings > Open Proxy Settings แล้วทำจากขั้นตอน 3 เป็นต้นไป

วิธีที่ 2: รีเซ็ตการตั้งค่า Internet Explorer

  1. เปิด IE คลิก Tools (Alt+X) > Internet Options

  2. แท็บ Advanced > คลิก Reset

  3. ติ๊ก Delete personal settings > คลิก Reset

เปิด IE ใหม่ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้ไขหรือยัง

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Firewall และ Antivirus ชั่วคราว

Firewall/Antivirus อาจบล็อกการเชื่อมต่อ ลองปิดชั่วคราว:

ปิด Windows Defender Firewall:

  1. Control Panel > System and Security

  2. คลิก Windows Defender Firewall

  3. ซ้ายเลือก Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off

  4. Private network: เลือก Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended)

  5. Public network: เลือก Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended)

  6. คลิก OK

หากแก้ได้ ให้เปิด Firewall กลับคืน

ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว:

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus ใน System Tray > Disable
    2. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  2. เลือกเวลา (แนะนำ 15-30 นาที)
    3. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  3. ทดสอบอินเทอร์เน็ตอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: บังคับรีเฟรช Group Policy (GPUPDATE /FORCE)

หากเข้าถึงเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในโดเมน ให้บังคับอัปเดต Group Policy:

  1. กด Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)

  2. พิมพ์ GPUPDATE /FORCE Enter
    3. แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด The remote device or resource won t accept the connection บน Windows
  3. รอเสร็จ ทดสอบอีกครั้ง
