แก้ไข Error 0xC0000428 Digital Signature บน Windows 10/11 – คู่มือทีละขั้นตอน

ทุก Windows User จะเจอ Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) อย่างน้อยหนึ่งครั้ง เป็นปัญหาที่รบกวนเพราะยากต่อการ Diagnose และอาจปรากฏทับทัน

Blue Screen Errors ที่อาจเจอได้แก่:

Otherwise, to start Windows so you can investigate further, press the Enter key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select Last Known Good. If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

  • BOOTMGR เก่าจาก Service Pack Update: Issue นี้เกิดได้หาก User ไม่ Update Existing BOOTMGR หลัง Install Service Pack ใหม่ Updated Windows จะค้างกับ Old BOOTMGR ป้องกัน Load ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

วิธีแก้ Digital Signature Error บน Windows 10/11

Fix 1: Repair Windows 10/11 ด้วย Advanced Boot Options

Commands ที่จะรัน พึ่งโปรแกรมชื่อ bootrec.exe ใช้ Fix Problems ระหว่าง Boot Process เนื่องจาก BSOD เกิดระหว่าง Startup Phase คุณอาจต้องเรียนรู้ Access Command Prompt โดยไม่ Turn On Computer

  3. Windows Advanced Options Menu ควรปรากฏ ให้เลือก Boot Options ต่างๆ
  4. เข้าสู่ Safe Mode with Command Prompt
  5. พอ Command Prompt Window ปรากฏ Copy และ Paste Commands ต่อไปนี้ลง Terminal กด Enter ทีละคำสั่ง:
    • bootrec/fixMBR
    • bootrec/fixBoot
    • bootrec/rebuildBCD
  6. ลอง Boot Computer อีกครั้งหลัง Restart หาก Windows Advanced Options Menu ไม่อยู่ ลอง Boot ด้วย Recovery DVD หรือ USB Disk
  7. พอ Computer Start Up เลือก Language แล้วเลือก Repair Your Computer จาก Drop-down ต่อมา Select Command Prompt พิมพ์ Commands เดียวกัน

ตอนนี้ควร Boot Normally ได้โดยไม่เจอ Digital Signature Error

Fix 2: Update BOOTMGR ด้วยตนเอง

Outdated BOOTMGR บ่อยครั้งก่อให้เกิด Boot Failure การ Replace ด้วย Updated Version เป็น Effective Solution

ขั้นตอน Replace BOOTMGR:

  1. เริ่ม Boot จาก Windows Installation CD
  2. เลือก Language, Time, Keyboard Input ที่เหมาะสม คลิก Repair Your Computer
  3. Select Windows Installation Drive ปกติคือ C: คลิก Next
  4. พอ System Recovery Options Box ปรากฏ Select Command Prompt
  5. พิมพ์ Command ต่อไปนี้:

Bcdboot C:\Windows /s D:\

Note: C:Windows คือ Windows Installation Location และ D: คือ Active Boot Partition

คุ้มค่าที่จะทราบว่าใช้ bootsect.exe เปลี่ยน MBR หรือ Bootsector ไม่จำเป็น เพราะ BOOTMGR เริ่มต้นหมายถึงทั้งคู่ Configured ถูกต้องแล้ว

Fix 3: ปิด Driver Signature Enforcement

Option นี้ Disable Driver Signature Enforcement ซึ่งอาจเป็น Cause หนึ่งของ Boot Failure ของ Computer สามารถดำเนินการผ่าน Third-party Tool หรือทำเองได้ตาม Guidelines ด้านล่าง

หากต้องการ Disable Driver Signature Enforcement ด้วยตนเอง ต้อง Access Advanced Startup Options เราจะแสดง 4 วิธี

Option 1: ผ่าน Login Screen

  1. Log Out Account หรือแค่ Turn On Computer ไป Login Screen แล้วกด Restart ขณะกดค้าง Shift Key
  2. เข้าถึง Login Screen ได้ด้วย Power Icons ใน Start Menu หรือวิธีอื่น
  3. Function นี้ไม่ทำงานกับ On-screen Keyboard ต้องต่อ Real Keyboard
  4. Advanced Startup Options ควรปรากฏ

Option 2: ผ่าน Windows 10/11 Settings

  1. เปิด Settings คลิก Start Button แล้ว Gear Symbol หรือ Search Box หา Settings
  2. Scroll ล่าง Settings App เลือก Update & Security จาก Drop-down
  3. ด้านซ้าย Update & Security Page คลิก Recovery จาก Tabs
  4. Option นี้ควรมี Advanced Startup Section หาท้าย Recovery Tab
  5. กด Restart Button
  6. Advanced Startup Options ควรแสดงบน Screen

Option 3: ผ่าน Command Prompt

  1. เปิด Command Prompt พิมพ์ "cmd" (ไม่ Quotes) Search Box Select First Result
  2. Redirect ไป Advanced Setup Screen Copy และ Paste Command นี้:

/r /o shutdown

  1. Backup 东西你正在做的 因為這將立即關閉你的電腦
  2. เห็น "You're about to be signed off" คลิก Close
  3. Windows จะปิด และ "Please wait" จะปรากฏ
  4. ใน几秒 Advanced Startup Options ควรปรากฏ

Option 4: ผ่าน Windows 10/11 Recovery Drive

  1. Turn On Computer ใส่ Bootable Windows 10/11 DVD หรือ USB ที่ Configured ถูกต้อง
  2. ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็น Original Windows 10/11 DVD เพราะแค่ต้อง Access Settings ไม่ใช่ Activate OS Version
  3. Restart Computer หลังใส่ Drive Boot จากมันได้หลัง Follow Instructions
  4. ตั้งค่า Language, Time, Date ของ Computer
  5. เลือก Repair Your Computer ก้นหน้า Advanced Startup Options จะปรากฏใน几秒

หลัง Methods ข้างต้น เข้า Startup Settings Option ได้อิสระหลัง Access Advanced Startup Options สำเร็จ ขั้นตอนต่อไป:

  1. คลิก Troubleshoot Option ใต้ Continue Button
  2. 3 Options ที่มี:
    • Refresh your PC
    • Reset your PC
    • Advanced options
  3. หากไม่ Intend Refresh หรือ Reset PC ไป Advanced Options (มีประโยชน์เช่นกัน) Refresh Your PC Option เก็บ Files แต่ Remove Installed Programs
  4. คลิก Startup Settings บน Advanced Choices Screen ดู Startup Options ที่เข้าถึงได้
  5. Disable driver signature enforcement คือ Option ที่ 7 ใช้ F7 Function Key หรือ Number 7
  6. กด Enter กลับ Windows

Fix 4: ใช้ Automatic Repair

Windows-based Issues หลายอย่างแก้ได้เร็วด้วย Troubleshooters ที่ Preinstalled บน PCs อันนี้ Access ได้จาก Steps ข้างต้น

  1. ไป Advanced Startup Options Menu ด้วย Methods ใดๆ ใน Fix 3
  2. Select Troubleshoot Option
  3. Select Advanced settings > Automatic Repair จาก Advanced Options Screen จะ Launch Troubleshooter
  4. Follow Onscreen Instructions Complete Automatic Repair และ Fix Computer

หากทุกอย่างล้มเหลว…

หาก Solutions ทั้งหมดข้างต้นไม่ได้ผล Reinstall Operating System เป็น Last Option Boot จาก Installation Media เริ่ม Reinstall OS เลือก OS ที่ต้องการ Install เลือก "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)" หลังนั้นแค่รอ Installation Process เสร็จพอใจ พอเสร็จ System-related Problems ทั้งหมดรวมถึง Error Code 0xc0000428 ควร Resolved แล้ว
