หลายคนเจอ com.apple.mobilephone error 1035 บน Visual Voicemail ตอนอัปเดตหรือตั้งค่า Voicemail Greeting Visual Voicemail ให้ดูข้อความเสียง Greeting คือข้อความที่ผู้โทรได้ยินก่อนทิ้งข้อความ แต่ Error นี้กันไม่ให้ตั้งค่า Greeting ข้อความเต็ม: The operation couldn't be completed (com.apple.mobilephone error 1035)
สาเหตุ 'com.apple.mobilephone error 1035'
สาเหตุทั่วไปจากรายงานผู้ใช้:
- Network Settings Glitched: ตั้งค่าเครือข่ายบนโทรศัพท์ผิด ทำให้ Voicemail ทำงานไม่ได้ หลายคนแก้ได้ด้วย Reset Network Settings
- ใช้ WiFi แทน Cellular Data: ปัญหาอาจเกิดจาก WiFi ให้ปิด WiFi ใช้ Cellular Data แทน
- Voicemail ยังไม่ Setup: ยังไม่ได้ตั้งค่า Voicemail ผ่าน Carrier วิธีนี้ใช้ได้กับบาง Carrier
- Cellular Service Glitched: การเชื่อมต่อ Carrier บั๊ก ให้เปิด Airplane Mode เพื่อตัดการเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมด
วิธีที่ 1: เปิด Airplane Mode
วิธีง่ายที่สุด: เปิด Airplane Mode บนหน้าจอหลัก (สไลด์ลง Notification bar กด Airplane) รอ 30 วินาที ปิด Airplane Mode วิธีเข้าถึง Airplane Mode อาจต่างกัน (Settings หรือ Power button) หลังทำ ให้ลองตั้งค่า Voicemail Greeting ใหม่
วิธีที่ 2: เปลี่ยนจาก WiFi เป็น Cellular Data
WiFi อาจเป็นสาเหตุ หลายคนแก้ได้ด้วยการสลับมา Cellular Data (ข้อมูลของ Carrier เหมาะกับ Voicemail กว่า):
- ปิด WiFi ถ้าเปิดอยู่
- Settings > Cellular
- สลับ Cellular Data ให้ On
- ลองใช้ Voicemail ดู
วิธีที่ 3: ตั้งค่า Visual Voicemail ผ่าน Carrier
ถ้าตั้งค่าผ่าน Settings ไม่ได้ ให้ตั้งผ่าน Carrier โดยตรง (ไม่รองรับทุก Carrier):
- ปิด WiFi
- กดไอคอน Phone หน้าจอหลัก
- กดค้าง 1 บน Keypad เข้า Voicemail Settings
- ใส่ Voicemail Password ปัจจุบัน ตั้งค่า Voicemail
- วางโทรศัพท์ Restart โทรศัพท์
- เข้า Voicemail ดูว่า Error หายหรือไม่
วิธีที่ 4: Reset Network Settings
Network อาจบล็อคแอป ให้ Reset Network Settings (จะ Renew ข้อมูลเครือข่ายทั้งหมด):
- Settings > General
- เลื่อนลงกด Reset
- กด Reset Network Settings ใส่ Passcode ยืนยัน
- โทรศัพท์จะ Reboot ลองอัปเดต/ตั้งค่า Greeting ใหม่
